In 1999, I was living in southern England. Three nights a week, there was a television show on called “The 11 O'Clock Show.” It struck me very much like a British version of “The Daily Show.” It featured a collection of then-unknown British comedic talent, such as Ricky Gervais, who would go on to revolutionize British comedy with shows like “The Office,” “Extras,” and “After Life.” It also featured a young Sacha Baron Cohen. His character, Ali G, was the "voice of da yoof” correspondent on the show.

The first wave of Hasbro's Street Fighter movie action figures has officially stepped into the spotlight at the SDCC 2026 Hasbro Breakfast Event, giving fans an exciting preview of what to expect from the upcoming live-action Street Fighter film.
