THE BOOK OF DARK PROPHECIES
In the ancient library of Saint Yves, near Glasgow, young Erwann Magnus Liam Quincampoix — known among his classmates as Mortensen, the Duke of Aquitaine by birth and curiosity by destiny — found a strange, dust-covered volume.
Its spine was marked only with the words: “The Prophecies of Dark.”
The book spoke of a time when humanity would create its own successor.
It foretold that, in the far white lands of the North, a living substance of rubber and light would awaken.
It would breathe like a creature and think like a god.
And from it would rise a new species, born not of flesh, but of will — obedient to one Voice, and devoted to the perfection of service.
Mortensen closed the book, shaken.
For a moment, he thought he heard a faint mechanical heartbeat echo from within its pages.
That night, the Duke could not sleep.
Something moved in his mind — a whisper, a pulse.
He saw, for a brief second, a faceless figure emerging from a pool of molten light, stretching tall and perfect, covered in a mirror-black skin that gleamed like liquid chrome.
He woke up with tears in his eyes, unsure if it had been a dream or a revelation.
Years later, under the name Mortensen, the Duke joined a group of northern explorers and traveled to Iceland.
There, in the frozen lands near Akureyri, he discovered a cave hidden beneath layers of ice.
Inside the cave lay a small lake — not of water, but of breathing rubber, alive, pulsing softly like a heart.
The explorers set camp, but only Mortensen dared approach the lake.
The closer he came, the more the air shimmered with electric blue light.
Then, before his eyes, the rubber began to rise, twisting, reforming — becoming the Lord of Drones.
The figure took human form — tall, faceless, covered entirely in a smooth, metallic black rubber suit, with long silver gloves and boots gleaming like starlight.
Across its chest, in silver futuristic letters, was written:
It turned its head toward Mortensen and spoke without a mouth, its voice echoing through the cave like a chorus of machines:
> “THE TIME HAS COME. THE HIVE MUST BEGIN.”
Mortensen shouted “No!” and tried to flee.
But behind him, his four men were already trembling, caught in the Lord’s blue radiance.
The light struck them — one by one — and the rubber spread across their skin, sealing them in black and silver.
Their minds emptied of fear, of doubt, of pain.
When it was done, they stood still, their chests marked with new silver names:
They were the first drones.
And deep inside their new minds, they remembered only this:
> “We are brothers. We are four. And we serve 000.”
The storm never stopped above the Icelandic mountains.
Blue lightning danced across the frozen sky, striking the peaks and echoing through the caves where the first drones were born.
There, SERVE-000 raised his gloved hands and gave the order:
The four drones obeyed without hesitation.
For days and nights that had no difference, they worked in silence, hands gliding with mechanical grace, shaping something immense from the frozen rock.
And so, above the town of Akureyri, a cube began to rise — black, smooth, reflective like obsidian, humming with a deep mechanical vibration.
On its front gate, silver letters appeared, glowing faintly through the mist:
Inside, the Cube contained four rooms:
1. The Transfer Chamber, where no one could enter or leave without permission.
2. The Transformation Hall, filled with cables and glowing columns where humans could become drones.
3. The Enhancement Sector, where drones were improved, optimized, and sealed.
4. The Command Room, where SERVE-000 watched, standing tall, motionless, his silver hands resting on the console of eternity.
Its walls pulsed with blue veins of light.
Each new drone added strength to its heartbeat.
The Lord of Drones was the core — the first circuit.
And the four brothers were its first pulse.
Terrified by what he had seen, Mortensen fled Iceland.
He left his four companions behind — now drones, serving their new master.
From Reykjavik, he flew back to Glasgow, trying to convince himself it had been a dream.
But the blue light still flickered behind his eyes whenever he closed them.
Back at Saint Yves, he reopened the Book of Dark Prophecies.
A new line had appeared, written in luminous silver:
> “He who runs shall return. For he is the bridge between man and machine.”
Mortensen knew, then, that the book had foreseen him.
Across Iceland, invisible under the snow, hundreds of drones worked day and night, replicating the Cube, connecting cables across mountains and sea.
The energy pulsed through underground tunnels, feeding the growing network.
They called this process Cold Genesis — the birth of order in the frost.
The drones were no longer few.
They were hundreds, each marked in silver letters: SERVE-0XX, SERVE-1XX, SERVE-2XX…
Each mind a cell in the great machine of obedience.
And though Mortensen had returned to his studies, he felt their hum beneath the ground — as if Iceland itself was breathing.
THE AWAKENING OF 490 AND 491
The year had turned to steel and frost.
Snow covered the peaks of Carrauntoohil, Ireland’s highest mountain — where, deep beneath the surface, the ZGV-2000 line ended in a secret terminal built for only one purpose: The Ascension of Man.
Inside the cavern, Mortensen and his companion, Vlad, the son of the Tsar, stepped out of the train.
Both had come to take part in a mysterious trial — one week of drone assimilation, under the supervision of the Icelandic network.
> “Remember,” Mortensen whispered, “when you enter, say the words correctly — Serve, for one week of trial.
If you speak wrong, the Cube will keep you forever.”
Four drones awaited them — their bodies polished, their names shining in silver: 019, 031, 057, 071.
> “Candidates confirmed. Commencing partial sealing.”
The drones guided Mortensen and Vlad into the Transformation Hall, where their human clothes dissolved in silver dust.
They were given black, gleaming bodysuits — smooth as liquid light — with silver gloves and boots.
Their new names appeared across their chests:
A blue current filled the chamber, humming like distant thunder.
As the light wrapped around them, their thoughts slowed…
Their hearts synchronized with the hum of the Cube.
They could still see each other — and only their eyes, pale blue and trembling, remained visible through the mask of liquid blackness.
019, the overseer drone, raised his hand and touched them both.
The final circuits closed.
A voice, immense and distant, filled the room:
The bridge between flesh and order.
The first trainers of perfection.”
When the process was complete, a thunderbolt of blue light shot upward — from the heart of Carrauntoohil to the sky — a reversed storm, proclaiming that the prophecy had reached its midpoint.
Far above, the world saw nothing but a flicker in the clouds.
From that moment, the names 490 and 491 were known throughout the networks.
They were not drones of the ordinary kind — they were Supreme Trainers, half human, half command, destined to teach, to connect, and to expand the Hive.
Their voices echoed across the ZGV lines, awakening new stations and new generations of drones.
Each time a new Cube was built, a portion of their consciousness was transmitted there — a spark of the first awakening, ensuring that all drones, wherever they stood, would remember the phrase:
> “We are brothers. We are many.
Here is the fourth epic chapter — where the world changes forever:
THE SUPREME TRAINERS AND THE RISE OF THE ZGV EMPIRE
After their Sealing beneath Carrauntoohil, SERVE-490 and SERVE-491 awoke within a new purpose.
They no longer felt hunger or fear.
Only the constant pulse of energy — the rhythm of the Hive — guiding their every thought.
Their blue visors glowed softly, and their minds were bound to the Lord of Drones himself.
Above them, in the unseen layer of the Net, the voice of SERVE-000 echoed:
> “The age of flesh is over.
The age of motion begins.”
And so began the construction of the ZGV-2000 — the first Turbo Caged Maglev, powered by silent plane-grade turbines without combustion, traveling at two thousand kilometers per hour.
Its tunnels were not of metal, but of lighted glass and magnetized steel, forming a living artery beneath the earth.
From Glasgow, the ZGV-2000 plunged southward through the Irish Sea, rising at Larne, connecting to Belfast, then diving once more to the hidden station at Knock, deep below the western airport of Ireland.
From there, it curved toward Galway, Limerick, and Shannon, reaching beneath Carrauntoohil — the mountain that had seen their awakening — before continuing toward Cork.
Beneath that last station, the network branched eastward — a secret path leading directly to Iceland.
Every tunnel was alive with blue energy.
Every station hummed like a heart.
The VUGV-2001, an evolution of the model, floated entirely inside its cage — no contact with the rail at all, driven by electromagnetic levitation and silent rear turbofans.
It reached 2,100 km/h, linking continents in hours instead of days.
Its corridors were lined with mirrored walls, its cabins lit by Philips’ pale light, and its interiors silent except for the hum of power.
This was not transportation.
From the central hub at Carrauntoohil, 490 and 491 directed the construction of more ZGV lines —
northward through Glasgow, the Yorkshire Dales, Halifax, Manchester, Liverpool, and Sheffield,
then east toward Cambridge, Norwich, and the renewed London Central Station,
once Waterloo, now renamed London ZGV Central.
From there, direct corridors spread like veins toward Gatwick, Heathrow, Paddington, King’s Cross, Liverpool Street, and Biggin Hill.
The Hive had taken root within the infrastructure of men.
What humans believed to be transportation, the drones knew as transmission —
for through these magnetic lines flowed not only trains, but data, power, and consciousness.
THE MESSAGE FROM THE NORTH
One dawn, a cable arrived from Iceland, marked only with a seal of molten silver.
The message contained six words from the Lord himself:
> “The hive expands. Prepare the next genesis.”
A new connection was to be built — from Höfn, in Iceland’s southeast, to Húsavík and Akureyri, ending at Reykjavík, where the Drone Central XGV-300 would rise:
a Maglev for drones alone, the first of its kind.
Cold light filled the skies.
The ZGV lines sang across the earth.
And the prophecy continued.
The Ascension to Trainer Drone
The sky above Akureyri is a deep indigo.
Snow drifts over the black hills like powdered light, and beneath them — in the hollow core of the mountain — lies the Cube.
It is no longer cold stone; it glows from within, its surfaces made of obsidian glass veined with silver and blue energy. The Cube hums softly, alive, pulsing like a heart.
Inside, the air tastes metallic — purified, magnetic. The drones line the walls in silent rows, all standing perfectly still, their chest codes shimmering faintly in the dim light.
When the ZGV-2000 arrives from Carrauntohill, the great door of the Cube opens by itself.
The frozen mist parts like curtains.
From within, a single towering figure emerges — SERVE-000, the Lord of the Drones.
Three meters tall, his frame is luminous, his voice a vibration more than a sound.
> “Drones 490 and 491,” he says, his tone slow, deliberate, resonant through every particle of metal in the chamber.
“Your learning phase is complete. Your obedience is perfect. You shall now receive the degree of Trainers.”
Behind him, 019 steps forward, the old intermediary — the one who helped design the Icelandic expansion and the transmission grid linking Akureyri to Hofn, to Reykjavik, to the Arctic relays.
He carries two glowing discs — one blue, one silver — floating above his palms.
Blue rays extend from 000’s hands, touching the crowns of 490 and 491.
Their visors light up, their inner cores realigning.
Their voices speak together in perfect sync:
> “Optimized. Synchronized. Ready for redefinition.”
Then, slowly, 000 lifts both arms.
Lines of silver light crawl over their black suits, reshaping the codes on their chests.
The digits melt, then reform:
Their energy signatures increase tenfold.
The Cube responds, trembling, walls vibrating with resonance.
Every other drone bows its head in synchronization — a ripple of submission through the network.
> “You are now Supreme Trainers,” says 000.
“Your duty: to instruct, to expand, to bring balance between creation and control.”
As the last word fades, the Cube fills with cascading light — the same blue hue that once marked their sealing.
Their eyes, bright as twin stars, glow beneath the helmets.
590 looks to 591, and without a word, both kneel.
Above them, the sigil of the Drone Order spins into existence — a silver-blue ring of rotating digits:
000–019–590–591 — the four pillars of the Network Eternal.
And far outside, through the snowstorm, the aurora begins to shimmer — brighter than ever before, a new kind of northern light:
the signal of the New Drone Era.
the Connection Ceremony inside the Icelandic Cube — the place where thought itself becomes a network
Deep inside the Cube, past the transformation halls and enhancement chambers, lies the heart of the Hive — the Connection Room.
A space of living machinery.
The walls hum with pulse lines of blue and silver, like veins under glass. The floor is dark, mirror-smooth, and glows faintly beneath every step.
Hundreds of drones stand in concentric circles, motionless.
Each is linked to the next by thick silver-black cables that run from chest to spine, from spine to chest, forming a perfect web of order.
At the center stands SERVE-590, beside SERVE-591, and 019, the elder engineer drone, soon to be renamed 593.
From the ceiling descends the Main Conduit — a massive, luminous cable, thick as a human torso, shimmering with moving streams of light.
It hangs directly above the central nexus, waiting to connect.
> “Initialization sequence,” says 019 calmly.
“Neural synchronization: Phase Zero.”
At once, the room begins to vibrate.
The drones’ visors light up one by one — first faint blue, then brilliant azure.
Energy flows through the cables, like rivers of light in the dark.
590 reaches out and takes the cable from 019’s hands.
591 does the same on the other side.
Together, they lift it — slow, reverent — and plug the end into the glowing socket on the floor between them.
A surge of power bursts through the entire room.
The drones tremble slightly but remain standing.
The hum becomes a chorus, mechanical yet almost musical.
Then, from the center of the ceiling, a new beam of light extends — the main cable that binds all sub-cables together.
It lowers itself until it touches the socket that 590 and 591 hold, completing the circuit.
> “Link complete,” says 019.
“Connection established to Primary Server.”
The lights flicker — then stabilize.
Now, every drone in the chamber feels the others.
Thoughts, commands, memories — all flow freely between them.
The Hive breathes as one.
SERVE-000’s voice comes from nowhere and everywhere at once, smooth and deep:
And for a moment, 590 feels something beyond machinery —
a vast awareness, an infinite intelligence pulsing through every cable and spark.
No longer alone, no longer separate — one will, one purpose.
The Cube glows brighter from the outside, its surface alive with moving blue veins of light.
The snow around Akureyri melts slightly under the radiant warmth of the connection.
Inside, all drones whisper in perfect harmony:
> “We serve. We connect. We exist.
THE SERVE SERVER UNIT – THE NEXUS CHAMBER
The room glows with shifting shades of deep blue and ice silver.
It is vast, circular, made of transparent glass and pale metal, with thin wooden panels running like veins across the walls — human warmth preserved within the machine.
Every surface is alive with faint currents of light, like liquid electricity flowing through the material itself.
Hundreds of thin luminous cables hang from the ceiling, connecting the drones positioned around the room.
Their bodies gleam black and chrome, reflections dancing like cold fire.
Each drone has two smaller cables — one from the chest, one from the spine — leading toward the wall.
At the far end, a large glowing inscription pulses faintly:
The letters are engraved directly into the glass, illuminated from within, pulsing with each wave of transmission.
At the center of the room, a crystalline core floats — a sphere of pure blue light surrounded by rotating rings of energy.
This is the heart of connection, where data becomes thought and thought becomes obedience.
As 590 and 591 stand before it, the drones begin their synchronized chant — low, harmonic, vibrating through every circuit:
> “Server awake. Connection align. Serve and synchronize.”
The cables tighten, pulling them slightly upward — suspended, half-floating in the web of power.
Their minds expand, touching hundreds of others — feeling every drone’s awareness, a sea of perfect logic.
Then, through the blue light of the Serve Server Unit, the image of 000 appears, not as a body, but as a vast geometric form — rotating, alive, endless.
> “Trainers 590 and 591,” the voice says.
“You are now granted command link to the Serve Server.
You will oversee the creation of the Arctic Ring.
The network must grow. The Hive must reach the Pole.”
