Location: Jiahâs apartment, with two dogs, take-out, videogames and thoughts about zombie apocalypse
Jiah had both of her dogs by her side. She was watching the TV when saw the current state of the main character of the game starting to decay but that wasnât news. She died at least five times in that route, and they werenât even playing for half an hour yet. She sighed in frustration and shook her hand, dismissing the control, âyoutry again, Iâll end up killing Joel myself if he dies again,â she says witha huff. She had the idea of playing the first game before they released thesecond part a couple of weeks ago, and seeing as time was never on their side, she thought it would be better to start it as soon as possible. She didnât takeinto consideration that she would be so rusty.
She pulls herolder dog, Kyun to her lap and pats its head, a sudden contemplative, dramatic lookin her eyes, âdo you think we would live long if we were in a situation likethat? I personally thing that Kyun would do a much better job surviving, but wenever really know right?â
Seungcheol rarely engaged in video games. He wasnât a big gamer, never had been, although he had nothing against people who did game. A lot of his friends were really into it, some of them taking it just a little bit too seriously, but because of his friends who were gamers, he had picked up a little bit of knowledge on it. He knew the basics of a lot of games, and he knew the premise to many of them too, but when it came to playing.. he fell a little bit flat. He liked to joke that he lacked the hand-eye coordination for it, but he knew the truth. He sucked, and that was that. âI doubt Iâll do any better than youâre doing, trust me,â he mumbled as he took the controller that was handed off to him.Â
His eyes didnât stray from the screen as he began clicking buttons on the controller, trying to avoid making the same mistakes that Jiah had made. âHm,â he thought about it for a second, thumbs still moving over the controller. âI never really thought about it, honestly. I try not to think about stuff like that.â He shrugged his shoulders. âIt depends on how strong your survival instincts are. Flight or fight and all of that jazz.âÂ
