I think the bad ending is too quick to happen; the catch 22 was held way better! The bad ending could be placed at the end of the card in the kindled, depending on if we pull the sword away or not - we can accidentally kill him or not (that would traumatize us a lot but yk). Eventually make the ending based on the decisions - we either save his reputation or not = positive or negative ending.

You were staring at yourself on your phone screen for a long time already. Your fingers played with a strand of your hair while you were pondering over a serious matter - the length of your hair. At the same time, your lovely boyfriend Zayne was sitting next to you and finishing last reports on his laptop - breaking the rules he was setting himself. You should probably point out that he should sit at the table instead of the couch, yet he would probably say that some things don't apply to him. Just like eating more sugar than an average person.
"I should cut them short.." you sighed and ran a hand through your hair.
His gaze went to you for a second. "Your hair? Why?"
You set the phone aside and turned to face him. "They're getting too long," you stated "I've been a hunter for some time already and they're getting in the way sometimes."
"You just need to wake up a few minutes earlier to tie them up properly." Zayne suggested.
You arched an eyebrow. "And lose five more minutes of sleep?" you declined with a shake of your head.
He put his laptop away. "You're being lazy," he said and you could hear the smile even in his tone. "Turn your back to me." his tone changed to a demanding one.
"You're changing professions now?" you asked sarcastically as you shifted on the couch which made him tug on your hair lightly. "Ow—"
"Sit straight, you shouldn't slouch like that." he whispered before he got to the work. His fingers brushed your hair and then he divided them into three sections. His fingers worked precisely as they crossed the strands repeatedly.
You waited patiently for him to finish playing with your hair, not saying a word to him. Your gaze went to his hand after he waved it in front of your face. You took the sign to take off the band of your wrist and hand it to him.
"Done." he whispered and placed a peck on the side of your neck.
You sighed before muttering. "Guess.. I will wait to cut them."
"Good choice." his arm sneaked to wrap around you, he pulled you close to his chest.
"You're also growing your hair from now on." or don't shave so often - was your second thought.
"Mhm.." he nuzzled his cheek against yours. Using the distraction he pulled on your braid enough to tilt your head back. His lips claimed yours.

One of the first zaynemc's dates was going for the movies together. The movie was a pretty shitty one but still it got them closer together.
They're sentimental about it so they bought the physical version of it on the DVD. Now it's their little tradition to watch it once a year.
They are doing it even years and decades after their marriage. Sometimes they roleplay that they're just friends who are on a first date. Although the difference is that the 'first dates' don't end up with a simple smile anymore <3

i was watching zayne's doomsday card today for nth time (i don't have lads because my device sucks)
there's a moment where they're cooking together at Zayne's place and mc can't reach the higher cabinets
i believe that even though Zayne loves picking up mc to help her reach higher places (cherished longing card) he would make sure that once mc moves into his home, they would have a kitchen renovation so she wouldn't be so annoyed
it would be one of the many changes ofc and he would be so willing to see how their (once his) place changes all the time with new stuff like that (iceborn warmth ilu sm)

zayne myth lore-wise is good. We get to know a lot of things but when it comes to elements and "aesthetics" it's too much. Why is it so orientalist? We literally got a flying carpet,. not even speaking on designs..
I'm kinda dissapointed because Zayne as a character doesn't deserve being portraited like that (i know they created him but be serious). Why infold couldn't do research on such important topics before adding them to the myth?
Zayne hates when mc goes on business trips but he loves when she returns home from them. Aside from what happens once she's by his side in their private space "reuniting" with him - which is his favorite part; he never can't wait for gifts from his love.
She always shows up with something unique, only reserved for him. He was not even a big fan of gifts at first place but once mc began to be the one who was a giver, he became one. She would explain to him in detail why she chose that certain thing and how it reminded her of him.
Once she bought a hand painted postcard because there was a certain plant that Zayne mentioned to like. The other time she found a crystal which had a similar colour like his eyes. There were a lot of things that were pretty random but he appreciated them because they were from her.
Of course she doesn't only come with random things. She remembers to bring sweets that could be only bought in local markets.
So it's a tradition that once she's home, they will have a special tasting. Usually it happens after the lovely night they would spend together - they have a sweet breakfast as the first thing in the morning.
Even though parting with her is difficult, those reunions are making it a bit easier to handle another business trip.

of course sometimes he's the one who's away but the knowledge of mc being a linkon with people around her is slightly soothing;
