My name is Madaline the Strange, but you may call me Maddie.

I am the creator of Seven Bloody Nights a comedy horror visual novel where you work as a maid in a mansion full of vampires for seven nights. Maybe you'll grow close to one of the vamps, but how will they react when it's time for you to leave? Will they even let you leave?

[SBN is currently a demo.]

Do not use the Anon box to attack others or me.

Do not use the ask box to beg for money. I don't have it either.

If you are underage or do not have your age displayed on your blog, you will be blocked.

Note: I cannot guarantee I will answer every ask. Please be patient and understanding with me.

How to Ask:

#1 Please do not add too many questions in one ask, especially if they are not related.

What you should NOT do:

"Why does Morpheus like dolls? Where does he work at? What's his type?"

If your ask has multiple subjects I will not respond.

What you SHOULD do:

"Why does Morpheus like dolls? How many dolls does he have, and does he have a favorite?"

#2 Please ask about ONE character. I do not want to answer multiple asks for all ten vamps. That's too much work for me. The maximum amount of characters [vamps and side characters] I will allow for in one ask will be three. Any that goes beyond the limit will be ignored.

#3 Please do not ask me questions like, "how would this vamp react if MC is depressed?" or "how would this vamp react if MC has bi polar disorder?" I am not well informed in these subjects.

#4 Please do not be overly detailed in the ask. Keep it short and simple.

#5 Please do not ask me questions about real world events.

Is there an effect if Vampires drink non human blood? One show I watched, vampires can day walking powers if they drink fey blood.

I've been seeing a lot of these blood vial necklaces, would any of the vamps allow mc to have some of their blood if they wanted to do it "to keep them close to them"

Also I made this one, In my delusion, it's Ares's (it's resin and red tint, not real blood)

I can see Belial, Morpheus, and maybe Hubris doing something like that.

Could something like a mermaid be made into a vampire or is it only humans?

Mermaids can become vampires too in SBN.

My idea is that in the world of SBN, mermaids who are turned into vampires are called "sirens".

Right now, I'm trying to work on the new prologue. As for the Night 1s, it's hard to choose. I guess I'm probably most excited for writing Mammon's Night 1 or Belial's Night 1.

These are not tumblr specific policies. Tumblr is implementing age verification in response to legislative moves that were made months ago.

Tumblr is a failing social media site that has escaped death multiple times already; they do not have the social cachet to defy state regulatory agencies. We know they won't say no to Apple, either--the porn ban on tumblr was in response to Apple's crackdown on explicit content.

If you did not know this was happening, you were behind the curve. That is fine. You're caught up now. The next step is to link up with people in your country who are working to preserve privacy, to roll back these laws where they exist, and to prevent their passage where they do not. In the US the organization you want is Stop KOSA--in the EU you can start with Fight Chat Control.

Repealing ID verification and blocking chat control will help everyone, especially the most vulnerable. We can push this back, but we cannot get it done through the Feedback form. We have to get it done at the legislative level and lock it down so it cannot be forced upon us. I see lots of anger out there. Good. Put it to use.
