because these posts are excellent and i want 2 feel valid
a strong beginner! the shine in his round eyes adds something to the mystery. however his smile feels wrong somehow, and his lack of pointed chin leaves a lot to be desired. 8/10
the apple emoji, but without the distinctive shine. somehow the point is Worse, and the border feels unrealistic. 6/10
uncomfortable mint green… microsofts black border for once actually lends something to the emoji, but the shines in his eyes feel too round. plus, i think they’re facing two different directions. odd green lips, but hes a handsome lad. 5/10
the first presence of a nose! the gradient of blue to green is a beautiful artistic choice. i miss the shiny eyes, but these eyes have Depth. have Character. i would stare into those eyes and it would feel like staring into the void. he feels very serious. he has some business to attend to and it may or may not be probing me. perfect shape 10/10

why are his eyes so… stretched? friend, what did they do to you? this is not an alien i enjoy. void quality is decent though and i like the simplicity. 3/10

i cant help but feel threatened by yet another frog-alien hybrid. lime green doesn’t suit you darling. also features the twitter stretched eyes. combines all the worst features of the others. 3/10 because of the highlight. i like that

asymmetry is an interesting choice. shading is superior to some we’ve had prior. very large eyes. i feel like hes trying to tell me something…. 7/10
could have been drawing literally anything but this crusty old maymay Jay won, Bee was a dangerously close second, Kay placed third, L was helping X but he insisted he knew what he was doing and quickly went bankrupt (she’s very thankful the game is over), Alpha’s in jail, and Edwin’s reffing the whole thing (or more accurately, riffing).

Kay prodded at a small touch screen set into the dashboard, the newest update to the standard issue LTD. The name Emma Swan appeared letter by letter as Kay’s too-large fingers hit the keyboard.
This woman had to have a file somewhere.
“You’ve yet to tell me who you work for,” she watches Kay search for Emma on the console computer. “The last time an organization found out about our world good people lost their lives. I hope I’m right to trust you.”
Kay paused. Somehow his demeanor became more serious than before.
"We at the Men In Black will harm no life form without a damn good reason. That is a guarantee."

“U.S. Marshal.” Kay couldn’t remember if he’d said state or U.S., but it didn’t really matter so long as the lie held up. In fact, he was beginning to wonder if the lie mattered at all, however, he’d stick with it until he could contact Zed. If Zed was still alive.
To gain trust, he decided to build on the lie. “Used to be in the military, retired and switched jobs. I actually went into the postal service for a year or so.“
“I feel like someone should have been concerned with how great you are with a gun when putting you in a job at the post office,” Lisa quipped, “I mean, they don’t call it ‘going postal’ without a good reason, do they?”
But she knew she was lucky. How many people ended up with a companion at the end of the world that had such a long history of badass careers – minus the post office job.
“Did I ever tell you what I did?”
"I don't particularly like to brag about it. Never needed to carry at the post office." Kay shrugged. He ran a tight ship, but people were mostly civil.
"No, ma'am, I don't believe you did. What is it you used to do for a living?"
