About a week ago, I saw a post by @/queerādestroya asking for clothing donations to @/miaherrington13. I had some clothing to spare, so I contacted her. After some time, I backed out because of personal reasons. When I backed out, @/god-of-all-demons sent me a hate message and miaherrington13 posted a hurtful post on her blog. Her post was untrue, as I did not intend to cause her any distress, I backed out due to fears of my privacy being breached. I wrote this message not as an attack against miaherrington13, but as a warning.
The same thing happened to me - she kept going back and forth on what sizes she was and Iām also a minor so I realised I didnāt feel comfortable sending clothes to people I didnāt know, but she has tried to contact me again after this and I sort of just got odd vibes from her in general (when I first contacted her I said I might be able to send her feminine accessories and she said āI think I can fit that sizeā whichā¦was concerning?). This is not that you shouldnāt give clothes to her if you feel comfortable, but Iām just telling you to be careful especially if youāre young.
Also, because unfortunately I have to clarify this - It is not because she is transgender and asking for clothes. I have gladly given clothes to in-person trans friends who happened to be the same size as me, but backed out of this specific gifting because of the reasons stated above. Please do not harrass her because she is trans and asking for clothes; I know that itās a very desperate situation especially with parents who arenāt supportive.
Oh, also she blocked me when I replied to her message that she sent like a week or two after our first conversation with a confusedĀ āhello?ā lmao
