Rosemary Lavender Oil

This is the first time I have EVER made an herbal oil myself and I am weirdly amazed???? Is this power? So excited to use for meditation.

Ingredients:

Carrier oil: Olive oil (I used extra virgin because it's what I had, but I suggest doing a less pungent version)

Rosemary

Wild lavender (again this is what I had on me. Lavender flowers probably would have been better.)

Bring water to a boil

Put oil and herbs in a metal bowl or glass jar

Place into the boiling water

Boil for 40 minutes to an hour

Let herbs soak in oil as it cools

If you wish, strain out herbs.
