Are you using Chatter feeds? Â I hope so, with SFDC going all-lightning all the time, but if so you may have noticed some...issues that need to be worked around.
I have seen complaints from a number of my clients, mostly surrounding the “Follow” feature on Knowledge article feeds.  I just spent the last 45 minutes trying to find how to turn that off, without luck.  Thankfully, I found the answer!
1. Open the Chatter -> Feed Tracking settings 2. Find the article type you want to modify in the left-side menu 3. Uncheck the “Enable Feed Tracking” checkbox 4. Save!
Ok, so you might be using feed tracking, but this little feature has caused at least one of my clients a bunch of headaches.  AND it’s something we’re not actually using (though we are using Chatter generally), so this was the easy fix I spent the better part of an hour looking for.
