Q: What is Super Giant Robot Brothers?
A: Super Giant Robot Brothers is a Netflix show created by ReelFX in collaboration with Netflix Animation and was released August 4th, 2022.
Netflix itself summarizes the show as, “Robot siblings Shiny and Thunder and their whiz inventor must defend Earth when space monsters attack.”
Q: When are posts posted?
A: Currently, bi-weekly at 8pm EST! Now will post whenever I find a new piece of BTS content.
Q: Did you work on the show/were you on the crew?
A: No, I have not worked on the show and have no affiliation with Netflix. This blog is entirely fan run.
Q: I am someone who worked on the show and would like my posts taken down, but do not have a tumblr. How do I message you?
A: You can message me through my email [email protected], but if I do not respond quickly enough you can contact my instagram @ wolfieolfiee.
Q: Where is the link that links back to the original post?
A: Usually in the content source. If not, a link will be right under the image/video shown, or after a quote, usually (in parentheses).
Q: What is the “content source”?
A: It’s a little link located below the post where the tags usually are.

As of right now, all concept art and behind the scenes work I have found have been posted.
This doesn’t mean the complete end of the blog, as I am very sure there is more concept work, articles, tweets, etc. out there I simply haven’t found.
But for the moment, weekly posts will be stopping and I will only post when I find (or if someone submits) something new from behind the scenes.
Now on another subject, the point of this blog. The entire reason I created this blog in the first place was to archive the amazing work of the team behind this show, and hopefully get more eyes on Super Giant Robot Brothers.
It’s been incredibly fulfilling (and exhausting) being able to show the process behind such an incredible show.
This is a character that was created by combining Shiny and the other main character robot, Thunder’s models. In order to keep production from going other budget, we had to compromise by not creating a completely new character from scratch.
I took care to still make this character feel special through colors and graphics, since he appears in the climax of the last episode.
