I treated myself to Tomodachi: Living The Dream, and of course the first pair I made were the Ineffable Husbands.

They're madly in love. Crowley keeps talking about drinking wine, Aziraphale spends hours sat reading, and whenever they get together (Or I throw them at each other) they 99% of the time end up in the restaurant, where Crowley drinks coffee and Aziraphale eats cake.

Honestly It feels like fate at this point.

And true to form....despite being the first formed "In love with" pair on my island, they are now the ONLY couple left who haven't started dating, moved in together or gotten married.

Darlings I do NOT have 6000 years to let you slow burn this shit.

I Loved The Finale

I'm not going to provide some multi-paragraph, endlessly thought-out, beautifully analyzed review of the finale.

I know the fandom is seemingly divided by the ending and I acknowledge that everyone's opinion is valid as their own opinion.

I'm just saying that personally I ADORED the finale.

I was so concerned with how they would condense 6 hours into 90 minutes, but I feel like they managed it beautifully.

And whilst I sobbed like an overactive water feature for the last 20 minutes or so of the episode, it left me feeling so uplifted and positive, removed a weight I'd carried in my stomach for so long I'd almost forgotten it was there, and helped renew my previously assumed forever-lost inspiration.

This is the first time in a long, LONG time, a show has finished and has not left my stomach in knots, or left me filled with negativity and anxiety.

I have written almost 4 chapters (almost 12 thousand words) of a fanfic since the episode aired, from a fic I've been planning/attempting to write since the end of the first season.

They are my comfort characters, and for once, a finale has left me feeling comforted.

And nothing will change that for me.
