ooc: Hey everyone~! I know I haven’t been on Tumblr RPing much at all for almost half a year.  And with the new announcements of the direction Tumblr is heading, I thought it’d be a good opportunity to clean house!

Once I’ve finished backing up my posts, I’m going to be deleting all the RP threads and returning shadow-bakura back to it’s not-really-an-RP-blog-but-a-supplementary-one-to-askdarkhourbakura status.  A lot has changed in the narrative landscape and I just have nooooooo idea what’s going on anymore with everyone’s muses. Ha, ha.

Shadow Bakura cut the deck several times before dealing out cards, pouting all the while.  Ryou did his best to smile reassuringly at Lion before looking at his own cards.  “Mmmmh.... I’ll bet five pieces.”

“So, which game are we playing first?” Ryou asked as Shadow Bakura bounced up in down in his seat, counting up his chocolate candy.

“Let’s start it simple with blackjack.” He quickly went over the rules they were playing with then dealt the cards.

Shadow Bakura looked at his cards and immediately broke into a grin.  Ryou was able to keep his face more neutral, but he looked over to his Shadow.

Lion stared at Shadow Bakura too. What a cute little monster. They played out the rest of the round.

“Ho, ho, ho, ho,” Shadow Bakura snickered, having bet five gold coins while Ryou bet two.  “Prepare to lose, Lion!”  The Dark Hour boys revealed high cards.

Lion revealed higher cards. “Aha, you can’t read my mind, now can you Shadow?” He grinned.

“Whaaaaat?” Shadow Bakura’s mouth was agape.  “Ahhhhh, not fair not fair!” “Now, now, those are the rules,” Ryou gently reminded Shadow as he pushed the coins to Lion.

“So, which game are we playing first?” Ryou asked as Shadow Bakura bounced up in down in his seat, counting up his chocolate candy.

Shadow Bakura laughed triumphantly, about to tear open his winnings when.  “Now, Shadow, let’s not cash out just yet.” Ryou said, gently placing a hand over Shadow’s.

“Buuuuuuuuuh,” finally, Shadow Bakura stood up straight, able to walk on his own.  “Okay, let’s go get Kamil~!”

"Okay!" Lion pulled Shadow Bakura up off the ground.

I didn't mean actual tree nuts. It's all slang for testicles. Please don't take my husband's testicles. That's weird.

Ewwww, I don’t want to touch those.

"Yeah! Let's borrow Kamil and pretend he's our baby."

“Ohhhh, Spirit told me he’s awake and I promised we’d go see him. Let’s go now.”

"Yeah!! We'll be the best couple ever. And have the best life. Will we... have kids?"

“And also Master! Mmmmh… we could have Kamil!”

"Okey. You can be my wife, the cake tester. You can test the alive cakes for cuddle capacity and the cake cakes for tastyness."

Ahhh, I'll be the best cake tester and cuddle tester and I'll eat the frosting and pet the cats and you'll have bread.

"Yes! Wait... don't eat the alive cakes."

Aw I won't, just the cake cake ones.

"Cakes and cakes and cakes shaped like cakes."

And I can love all the cakes, and eat all the cakes!

“Mmmmh, I think I still have about half an hour~!”

“Oh, let’s okay a game then! How about just cards for now?”

“Cards, I like cards~!” Shadow Bakura happily exclaimed.

“Mmmh, what kind of cards?” Ryou asked.

“Hmmm…” Lion thought for a moment. “Want to gamble with chocolate chips? We could play poker or blackjack.”

Shadow’s horns stood straight up and Ryou couldn’t help but chuckle at the sight. “Well, I think someone’s excited.”

“Hehe…” Lion sat up and stretched. “Well then, I’ll get the chocolate and the cards!” He went to fetch them.

Now that there was a short moment between them, Ryou patted Shadow Bakura’s hand.  “You’ve been a good boy… mostly.”

After a few moments, Lion came out with a bag of chocolate chips and a deck of cards. “Okay… whoever runs out of chocolate first loses.”

[shadow-bakura]

“Muwhahaha, it’s not going to be me, get ready to paaaaaay up~!” Shadow Bakura stood up with cocky finger guns.

Lion couldn’t help laughing at that. Oh no, he was so cute. “Oh yeah? Think you’re that good at gambling?” He split the chips up into three piles. “Here, there’s an extra, you can eat it.”

Shadow Bakura plucked it into his mouth right away as Ryou came over to the table.

"I'm a slippery snake! Tee hee!" Shadow Bakura boasted. Ryou just rolled his eyes.
