Hashirama cocks his head to the side and gives the stranger a friendly smile "Hello there"
Myou gave a slight bow out of respect for the other person before straightening back up and returning the smile. âHello to you also. I donât believe weâve met before.â
âDoes it rain that frequently?â he asked, he found it strange since sometimes Konoha suffered from dry seasons and when the rainy days come they are often considered as blessing and welcoming. He paused because he was thinking of something and then he some idea came to him, expressed by his sudden parted lips âI wonder if it is possible to travel to your village. Perhaps who know I might take it into consideration next time I am packing for traveling,  maybe I am lucky enough to have a vacationâ he adds with a boisterous laugh.Â
Myou nodded as he questioned about his village. âYes, it rains frequently at Ame. If you want to travel there, Iâm sure youâd like it.â Not many people liked the bleakness that came with frequent rain, but Myou thought it was pleasant. It was always relaxing unless it turned into a storm. He began laughing as the other did after his last statement. âMaybe youâll get lucky sometime, then.â
"That's the least of my fears."

Myou nodded slowly in response to her statement. He knew the danger of the situation and knew that he shouldnât worry about minor things. âYeah, youâre right. There are more major things to worry about.â
Myou Kotaichi? She had never heard that clan name before. Raidon nodded happily as she looked to him then bowed her head appreciatively. This could turn out to be a good day for Raidon! âYes, that would be wonderful! Thank you Kotaichi-san!â
Myou chuckled softly, smiling at her as she thanked him. âYou donât have to thank me, I offered because I thought youâd like to meet them.â It was rare that Myou went out of his way for something like this, but luckily they were both heading in the same direction. âWe can go ahead and go then if youâre ready.â

THE ULTIMATE HOLIDAY THEMED ASK MEMEâ°: My muse invites your muse to dance to Christmas songs.
Myou shook his head back and forth slowly. âSorry, I donât dance.â He was adamant on this, he knew that he had no sense of rhythm whatsoever. He didnât plan on embarrassing himself in front of her either.
Haru moved her hands from his shoulders and nodded, giving a thumbs up. âYes, of course! Iâll get to warming some water now!â She excitedly hurried off to do just that, leaving him to amuse himself for the time being. She sang to the song now playing as she moved around the kitchen, grabbing the things she needed.
While trying to find the hot chocolate packets in her pantry, her stomach grumbled. A snack would also be nice right about now⊠âMyou, do you want toast? I think Iâm gonna make me some!â
Myou sat down on a nearby couch after she walked off, deciding to relax for a minute. It had been a very long time since he had fun like this. He wasnât used to it at all, but he liked it. His stomach rumbled slightly before she called out her question to him. âI would love some toast, it sounds great to me. Iâm pretty hungry.âÂ

Myou nodded slowly in response to her statement. He knew the danger of the situation and knew that he shouldnât worry about minor things. âYeah, youâre right. There are more major things to worry about.â
Nervousness and excitement were now gnawing at her. Meet them? Right now? Do I look decent? Presentable even? I donât know. She thought nervously. She wasnât covered in blood, so that was a good start at least. Raidon considered this and nodded with a smile. âI wouldâŠlove to meet themâŠoh, I feel foolish, I havenât even asked for your name.â
She then bowed her head. âMy name is Uchiha Raidon, it is nice to meet you.â
Myou bowed slightly as she introduced herself out of respect. âMy name is Myou Kotaichi, itâs nice to meet you also. If you want to meet them, we can start traveling back to Ame whenever you want. I travel a lot, and I have some things to give my clan anyways. We should leave relatively soon, though.â
Eight potential friends approached!
âDoes it really matter though?â Fuu responded with a smile. âEveryone deserves friends, no matter who they are!â
Myou shrugged slightly in response to her exclamation. âYes, youâre right. Shouldnât friends know each other though?â

â
âI just like to get away from time to time. I like walking in these woods, I have been roaming here since I was a child so I know that as the back of my hand, this forest is like a second home to meâ, at this point whoever tries to look for the Hokage, they are going to find an empty office once again âNow that I think about it I have never been to Amegakure, how is it like over there?â he asked, his eyes gleaming with interest.
Myou nodded as he spoke, he guessed that it made sense. Even the Hokage deserved a break every now and then. âThat sounds relaxing to me. A nice walk always helps.â He may have been a traveler, but he actually enjoyed the traveling.âAmegakure is exactly what youâd expect. Itâs slightly bleak there because of all the rain, but itâs a nice enough place.â

Myou shook his head back and forth slowly. âSorry, I donât dance.â He was adamant on this, he knew that he had no sense of rhythm whatsoever. He didnât plan on embarrassing himself in front of her either.
âOooh, itâll be quite the treat them. Iâve got whipped cream and marshmallows if you want to put either of those things in it. I love hot chocolateâŠâ
This was pleasant. It was actually quite rare for Haru to spend an evening like this with someone. Friends were few and far between these days, and most of that was her own fault. After traveling almost straight for three years, sheâd become somewhat of a recluse for a time, and after that sheâd never really recovered socially. She didnât mind now, though; having someone like Myou in her life certainly made it more bearable.
Dancing like this was the best. She could think about these things while keeping in time and being a good partner. And she could see and feel that he was really having a good time. This moment was indeed something to be thankful for.
âThat sounds great to me, I canât remember the last time I had hot chocolate.â It sounded nice, especially after how much he had been traveling recently. He needed a break from the missions for a while, but he also needed the money. He guessed staying a while wouldnât hurt, though.
He would continue danging with her until this song ended, beginning to hum along with the song. As they finished dancing, he smiled over at her. âWell, it seems our dance is over. Does that mean we get hot chocolate now?â

Her heart was now pounding in her chest. He knew themâŠhe knew her motherâs family. Kami, this was it. She took a deep breath, she had to contain herself. âThe Itami clanâŠwas my motherâs family. She ran away during the wars to Konoha and grew up there. SheâŠdidnât remember her family except her mother and the clan name, Itami. What do you know about themâŠ?â
Myou cocked her head as she spoke, listening closely. He paued in thought for a minute before beginning to speak. âI donât really know anything about them, but the elders of my clan would. You can come with me to Ame if you want, I wouldnât mind it. If you want to meet the clan, I can even take you there.â

Haru laughed softly and nodded, resting her hands on Myouâs shoulders as she started swaying again. She was at a friendly distance, though; she simply figured it might be beneficial to him one day to learn to slow dance with a partner. And again, it was nothing too complicated.
âJust one more. Then I kinda wanna make some hot chocolate. What do you think about that?â
Myou began to sway along with the rhythm of the song, keeping time in his head. He kept the friendly distance between them the same as they continued to dance, laughing softly as she did.
âThat sounds great to me. I havenât had hot chocolate in a long while.â

Her heart jumped in her chest at the sound of that. So maybe he had some information about her motherâs clan? Even if he knew very little about the clan, a little more information on them would go along away. Raidon then asked, sounding a little hopeful. âDo youâŠknow anything about a clan called the ItamiâŠ? Anything at allâŠ?â
Myou nodded at her questioning. He recognized that name, he knew of them. Their compound was relatively near his clanâs own compound, so their clans had to interact at times. âYes, I know of that clan. I know where their compound is, my clan sometimes had to do some dealings with them. Why do you ask?â

âI seeâŠwell, I donât have to explain mine.â Raidon chuckled weakly and rubbed the back of her head. The Sharingan watched him carefully and observed the technique. In theory, she could copy the kinjutsu then and there, but she decided against it for now. Raidon didnât really care about the taboo forbidden techniques, that kind of thing never bothered her. She gestured to his headband. âAmegakureâŠyou know the clans there pretty well?âÂ
Myou dissolved the blood from his arms, letting it drip to the ground, leaving no trace of it on his skin. He nodded as she spoke, knowing her technique well, he could tell by her eyes. âYou have the Sharingan. It seems like it could be very useful.â He looked to her headband as she tapped on it, nodding once more in recognition. âI do know of the clan around Ame pretty well, even though I havenât really spoken to their members. I mostly was kept within the boundaries of my clanâs compound.â

Myou shook his head back and forth slowly. âSorry, I donât dance.â He was adamant on this, he knew that he had no sense of rhythm whatsoever. He didnât plan on embarrassing himself in front of her either.
âIt was for fun! Sometimes when people dance together, one twirls the other. There are other complicated steps you can do too, but I donât wanna overwhelm you.â
She continued moving with him until the song ended, and then she stopped, gazing at him as she awaited his response. She was definitely having a good time, but the last thing she wanted was to pressure him. Sheâd gotten her one dance, and that was enough for her.
Myou nodded as she spoke, listening intently. âOh, alright. Yeah, I donât want to try anything too complicated right now.â He mostly didnât want to end up embarrassing himself, but he wouldnât say that.
He continued following along with her steps until the song ended, smiling at her as they stopped. âIf you want another dance, I donât mind at all.â He was used to dancing now, at least slightly.
Money being a priority for the competition usually meant that her opponent was a bounty hunter, and the realization eased her tension. From what she understood of the trade, bounty hunters needed to turn in the body as proof of a job well done. Thankfully, the target of Yuniâs mission wasnât important enough to warrant her bringing back the corpse to the village for proof. She was paid to see to their destruction, nothing more.
Yuni tilted her head to the side, nonchalant.
â” âYou can keep the body, sir. I just need the kill.â
He stepped out of the way of the body of his target, nodding slightly at her. âAlright, you can have your kill. I get the body, though.â He stayed on edge, he didnât want this mission to go wrong. There was enough at stake, including his own livelihood. âMind introducing yourself while weâre here?â
Ignoring her assassination targetâs cries of pain, Yuni twitched her wrist, bringing a suppressed Chakra line into visibility. The line she set had been a carefully-placed snare; it looped around the injured targetâs ankle and scooped them up into the tree, hanging them upside-down from a branch.
Three daysâ reconnaissance lead to the isolation of her mark. She had sensed the presence of another here, but she decided not to jeopardize her mission and to instead save confrontation until her target was secured.
Her rival was tense. Powerful. Young, but older than she was. His forearms were blanketed with jagged red crystals which he used to incapacitate the target. She was unfamiliar with this technique, and although she was not inexperienced with competition over her marks, she wondered how difficult it would be to hold her own this time.
Sighing, she flicked her head to sweep her bangs aside.
â” âNo fair, I saw him first.â
His expressions remained blank, almost emotionless as he looked at her. He needed the money, he knew that he did. He wasnât losing this bounty hunting contract if he had anything to do with it. She was young, but it was obvious that she had some skill in combat, especially with what she did utilizing that chakra line. âI need the money from this mission. I canât afford to lose him. What do you need him for?â

âGood. The freer you are to move, the better it is.â
Haru began humming to the song that was playing, continuing to simply sway to the music. After a moment, she decided to challenge him, giving him a twirl. She smiled widely as she watched him, eyes curving into thin crescents.
He continued to focus on his movements, caught slightly off-guard when she wanted to twirl him but he went along with the motion, doing it fluidly. It was like doing taijutsu, except less aggressive. Maybe he wasnât so bad at this. âWhat was that for?â
