Umbra: They would.... definitely not know what to do,and sorry if this sounds mean but this is just how THEY are,but they would probs call that someone (not gonna say YOU bc i don't want Umbra to say that to you) stupid or something of the sorts for,in their perspective,pretending to be a child. That is,ofc,until they know that the person is an age regressor... they will actually do a little better then, but just a little. They don't do well with kids.

Gloom: No. No. Nope. Absolutely not. Never dealing with a kid. Ever. At least not now. He can't handle kids. He hates kids. Even if the kid is just a kid mentally at the moment he sees them. He won't deal with this. But he will feel bad about it so he'll leave them with someone who knows how to handle this.

The twins: ohhh boy,these two surprisingly KNOW how to deal with an age regressor! I can't say much rn but wow,perfect for this situation!
