Thalen’s heart and smile softens, and they hug Gloom a little tighter. “Okay. I will hold on as long as you would like.”

Thalen’s hair starts shifting unnaturally but after a moment it stops and settles back to normal.

Gloom hums approvingly in response,closing his eye in content (Thalen isn't leaving anytime soon.)

Thalen pauses a moment to process the greek, but quickly loosens their hold as the panic on Gloom’s face is obvious.

“..I’m not uncomfortable. Quite the opposite in fact, but I will let go if you don’t like it,” Thalen reassures gently.

"UH-" Gloom stands still for a couple of minutes before basically melting (kind of literally-) onto Thalen or idk how to say it "no..... please don't..."

Thalen hugs Gloom tighter, just a little, and makes sure to murmur gentle reassurances. ‘I’m happy to be here’ ‘You don’t have to thank me’ ‘I’m honored to know you and have you in my life’ etc.

A couple of minutes pass and- "Περίμενε.." he looks up at Thalen and proceeds to break the logic of shadows by somehow blushing and idfk "Ω, ΓΑΜΩΤΟ, ΛΥΠΑΜΑΙ ΤΟΣΟ ΠΑΡΑ ΠΟΛΥ, Ε- ΓΑΜΩΤΟ, ΓΑΜΩΤΟ, ΓΑΜΩΤΟ, ΛΥΠΑΜΑΙ, ΔΕΝ ΞΕΡΩ ΤΙ ΜΕ ΕΠΗΡΕΑΣΕ, ΑΠΛΑ-" he excuses himself,but doesn't seem to want to let go

Thalen’s heart blossoms into something warm and fond, and they let him cling. They relax into the touch even, wrapping an arm (or both) around Gloom in return, always making sure to be a safe and comfortable place.

Gloom realizes what he's doing,but right now? He doesn't care,so he just hugs Thalen tighter and mutters various 'thank you's

Thalen’s heart aches at Glooms reaction but tries not to show it. Instead they nod firmly. “Of course.” They smile. “It’s important to me. What you like is important to me.”

Gloom stutters again,unable to just- find the correct words to word his joy so he just clings onto Thalen. (He's not letting go now-)

Thalen gets out a notebook and writes it down to be extra sure they have it memorized. “Beautiful. I’ll make those flowers my priority,” they share with determination.

Gloom watches as Thalen writes,genuinely not expecting them to ACTUALLY wish to memorize it. If he could blush from embarrassment he would.

Thalen’s gaze softened warmly, completely relaxed with Gloom’s momentary closeness, before it returned to something more normal.

“Then I’ll be sure to get started as soon as I can.” Thalen paused before continuing. “What are your favorite flowers? I want to plant them. Please forgive me if you told me already, I want to make sure I plant the correct ones.”
