Blake and Yang
the-grimm-life-of-yang
It wasn’t all the surprising to find members of Team RWBY missing from their beds in the morning as all four would often train together. Though this particular morning only Blake’s bed would be unoccupied. The faunus had gotten up extra early despite not being much a morning person. She was lucky that Beacon had training grounds that could be used whenever convenient. With Gambol Shroud in hand she too to slicing up targets while also doing some ribbon practice and target practice.
The ravenette just finished up using her semblance to slice up two targets. Thanks to Weiss, she was getting used to using dust magazines for her weapon.
A lazy morning, and how Yang just wanted to be sleeping in, yet she could hardly rest, images were surging through her sub-conscious feeling her dreams with the sight of razor sharp fangs and uncomprehending nightmares..
Her eyes opened to a loud ringing in her head, and her arm throbbing painfully, though it only last a few minutes, leaving her laying in her bed on a cold sweat. Yang sighed and looked at her arm, still wrapped in those white bandages ever since she got back from that solo mission a week ago, yet her teammates didn’t take much notice of it, which she was thankful for.
Yang gave a sigh and got out of bed, her eyes immediately noticing her partner was not in her bed, Yang raised an eyebrow but decided to track down the kitty, though with some effort it wasn’t like before she found the Faunus on the training grounds, yang smirked lightly watching the girl practice but stayed silent till the very end when it looked like Blake was finishing up, she would start clapping for her..
"Looking pretty good out there Kitty! Getting some training in can always help boost the Aura.." She chuckled lightly to Blake..
Gentle sighs left her as she sheathed her weapon. Training always made her feel much more awake than a cup of coffee could ever hope to do. Then again she was a tea person through and through. Wrapping her ribbon around her arm, her ears twitched ever so slightly under her bow at the sound of a familiar voice. Her body turned and her eyes were met with golden locks and lavender hues.
"Aha.." Her lips curled into a small cat-like grin. A small wave was given to her partner as she started walking towards her while speaking out. "You're up early. Though I think you would say the same thing to me huh?" Her footsteps echoed until she was standing a fair distance from the blonde.
"Kitty huh? I'm surprised I didn't get a 'sassy' or a 'Blakey'. Thanks and yeah it certainly does..specially with us being assigned to missions on our own. Guess Ozpin wants us to be in top shape individually." One can never strive for less than what you're capable of.
"Good morning then, Yang. I should have known you'd look for me."
