I found out the other day i have ocd. My medicines got change but i and everyone around me is in hell until the meds kick in. I hate this so much. Tonight i had a bad ocd attack...it was so bad i couldnt even touch myself because of it. I finally came out of it after 30 mins to an hour.i know this isnt a place to tell or vent but i feel like most or all of you understand...
