Isabella Plantation in Richmond Park, south-west London, England (by Howard Somerville).
Richmond Park is very lovely and just on the outskirts of London; quickly accessible by rail. Isabella Plantation is a deer park, a stunningly beautiful garden, and a woodland dream fit into one. I have had several people tell me of their childhood memories of Isabella Plantation and seeing the deer because it it is JUST THAT MEMORABLE and lovely. I am going this October so perhaps you shall meet me there :)
