Positive Affirmations

I don't have everything, but I have enough.

I am doing the best I can, with what I have, where I am, right here and now, in this moment.

I am enough.

I am worthy.

I offer myself grace and compassion as I strive to do better and learn from my mistakes.

I am grateful for all that I have. And I have a lot to be grateful for.

Things might be tough, but I will get through them. I always have.

I have what I need.

I am learning and growing.

No matter what happens, I will be okay.

I will stay in the present, because that's where I need to be.

I can trust myself.

I do enough, I have enough, I am enough.

I will survive, and I will thrive.

I am showing up, and that's half the battle right there.

I am more than my mistakes.

I am more than my past.

Today is a new day.

Tomorrow is a new day, too.

I honor my progress.

I might not have everything I want, but I have everything I need.

I can do the hard stuff.

I'm doing a little better each day.

I honor all my successes, big and small.
