It irks me when people say "but look at Dorian" as a defence for how "good" Gaider was at writing Dragon Age.
Yeah, look at Dorian. The guy who has a whole conversation about how slavery is actually morally grey and the Inquisitor doesn't know what they're talking about to challenge it. The guy who jokes about and belittles Briala's rebellion as ludicrous and wrong. The guy who we don't actually see change these views until other writers take over.
TL;DR: One great scene about homophobia does not make up for all the racism in his writing lmao
a ceasefire isn't nothing but do you people really think that a pervasive, almost 80 year systematic genocide is just suddenly gonna stop bc the government of the illegitimate state enacting the genocide agreed to some halfassed deal?
do you not realize they want every innocent person dead? this hasn't changed since the nakba began. palestine will not be free until the illegal israeli ethnostate is annihilated.

"My three daughters, Fatima, Iman, and Nour, have known nothing but war and fear.
Every day, I watch their childhood slip away before my eyes. 😔 Fatima, though so young, carries a burden far heavier than her age. She tries to be strong for her sisters, but behind her little smile, her heart breaks 💔 with every sight of destruction around her.
Iman, who once dreamed of playing and laughing, now cries every night. 😢 Nothing can stop her tears, and nothing can hide her terror from the sounds of explosions outside. 💥
As for Nour, who barely knows what life means, she is surrounded by scenes of ruin instead of the colors of childhood. Amidst the rubble and devastation, I see her eyes asking me, 'Why?' 😔
I feel powerless every day. How can I protect them? How can I fill their small bellies with food as prices rise 📈 and resources disappear? I am a father, and I am helpless. 💔
All I can do is wait, with broken patience and hope that’s barely holding on. 🌿
I pray every day that tomorrow brings some mercy... before they lose what remains of their innocence." 🙏

Hello everyone, I am Ayman. I think you have seen what we are going through in Gaza and the devastation that has befallen us. Here I depict for you what happened next to our homes and the damage that befell us, and I broadcast to you what we have reached to obtain food that we do not know whether it is healthy or not. I hope you will take me and my family out. From here
I hope you will donate, even if it is a small amount of money, and get a better life. Your donation does a lot and makes a difference. Never underestimate what you have donated. The donation link is below as a favor, not an order.

Help the family of a martyred Palestinian journalist
Do you remember the martyred journalist, Ayat Khadoura?

Her sister Ghadeer, and Ghadeer's children, who are still surviving in Ghazzah, need our help!
Greetings. My name is Yasmine Khadoura. Before the genocide started… Yasmin Abukhadoura needs your support for Help my family afford basic n
As of posting this, the GoFundMe has only reached €1,875 donations in the last couple of months; and that is to feed five people when a kilo if rice is upwards of $20. Last time my girlfriend @yetanotherlesbianonthiswebsite, one of Ghadeer's sisters, spoke to her, she said that it was never enough, and that they were experiencing extreme hunger. The situation is so serious that the number of donations coming in corresponds to being barely able to afford soap, of which one bottle has shot up to $50.
Ghadeer often writes my girlfriend about how tired she is, how scared she is about hearing the bombs fall. Recently, a school in which many people had taken refuge in Deir El-Balah mere blocks away from her was bombed by occupation forces. Can you imagine the pain of a family who cannot bury its sisters, brothers, aunts, and uncles, because their bodies are in pieces beneath rubble? Can you imagine how it feels to have more murdered siblings than living ones? Can you imagine the pain of a mother who hears their children scream? Can you imagine the pain of a family who sees the once young and happy girl become nothing but skin and bones? And yet, no genocide can last forever, and we desperately need your help to get them through this.
For anyone wondering, the GoFundMe is directly linked on Ayat's Instagram account, administrated in memoriam by Yasmin, one of the sisters, who is also the organizer of the fundraiser. (Yasmin is directly mentioned in the shared video from WaPo, as proof.)
I am asking everyone who sees this to PLEASE SHARE and also, if you can, PLEASE DONATE! Every little bit helps when it is a matter of life and safety on the line.
A few family photos are below.

Trapped family in Gaza appeals for help to survive
I'm a mother of a 2-year-old child. His name is yousef... I see my son growing up in front of me and I do not know how or when. This is not what I wished for him. I was dreaming of a wonderful life to spend with him...a life not full of death, fear, destruction and deprivation...I wanted to fill his room with toys and his closet with clothes, and I wanted to buy children's books for him, but I couldn't...the war came and the wishes were gone...my goal became to provide him with milk and food. I can barely afford anything. Everything is expensive and we no longer have income to enable us to buy his needs. Kram eggs have been deprived of many of his basic needs. He has been deprived of safety and stability..No, fruits, or meat.
There is nothing but fear that fills my son's eyes as soon as he hears the voices around him. He does not realize what It happens outside, but he feels and sees it in our eyes when he looks at us.I cannot protect myself and my son. Help me to save my son yousef. He deserves a better life, as do all the children of Gaza and the world. Alone, I cannot, but with your help, we will be able to find a safe place and a better future for my son. Be a reason to change a child's life for the better by visiting our link on GoFundMe. And donate anything to us, no matter how small...every dollar makes a difference and give a life for my son..
I am Youssef. I was very young at the beginning of the war, but now I have grown up and can walk and know how to speak and understand everything. I hope to get your help in publishing or donating on our Aaljo Fund Me account

The most difficult decision for us was to leave our country, to leave Gaza, overcome the obstacles we faced and the losses we suffered, and begin a new life from scratch.

Reading the Silmarillion, the elves seem so active and full of life. They’re always doing things. When you get to the Lord of the Rings, they just seem so tired. Elrond holds a meeting and then he’s out. Galadriel has some guests stay with her. They’re so done. They just wanna leave.
Please remember to send money to Mona's initiative! Thanks to all your previous donations, Mona was able to bake and distribute pizza to people in Rafah! With more donations she can keep providing people with basic necessities! Even 1 dollar goes a long way! P*ypal.

So far she hasn't found anyone to distribute food and supplies to the North, but she's still trying.
