Legitimate reasons to not use self scanners:

shit ton of items

produce that you don’t know how to scan

heavy items that you can’t lift

none of the self scans are working

NOT legitimate reasons:

“They never work”

“I want to keep you employed”

“I won’t do your job for free.”

“You look bored”

“I could never figure out how to use those.” (learn, bitch. someone will help you.)
