Buoff the Beige

Entrusted with the secrets of the Technicolor Tower by his predecessor, Gorm the Ivory, Buoff has spent much of the last several centuries practicing contract law.

He's in the business of lending the accumulated knowledge and power of his predecessors to those who call upon the tower. In exchange the recipients are bound to a magical contract, the contents of which often require them to provide knowledge or artifacts of their own.

Those who were said to have met with Buoff directly, and not his menagerie of elves, frequently became the heroes of their age, rivaling even the god's chosen champions.

Despite being over a hundred years since the towers last appearance it's existence has yet to fall into myth.

Flint - God of the Sundered Stone

When the continent was first formed, Flint carefully created each mountain stone by stone, so that Dwarvenkind may look upon the natural beauty of their subterranean homes and be inspired to innovate beauty of their own.

Despite being the patron god of the Dwarves, Flint indiscriminately bestows magical artifacts upon mortals whom he deems worthy, with almost every notable hero in recorded history wielding a weapon of his design.

It is said that if you listen carefully whilst in the belly of a mountain it is possible to hear him breathe.

Skye - Goddess of the Ethereal Haze

At the genesis of the Elvish Empire, Skye bestowed upon them a fragment of her celestial body, coating their forest home in a purple fog that deters any would be intruders.

In the early days of human civilization, Skye was known as an almost entirely different deity as the one Elves saw, known to destroy entire towns with floods and harsh winds.

Now, it is common practice to see shrines devoted to her on the farms bordering the outskirts of human settlements.

Sol - God of the Zealous Flame

Sol is the protector of human civilization, who bestowed upon them their first flame.

He is a god of ambition, and entirely devoted to the expansion of the human race. It is to him that the humans thank for their far-reaching empire.

Sol will not rest until his influence spreads across the entire continent, immortalizing his legacy.

Luna - Goddess of the Wild Place

The patron of every creature that dwells in wild places, Luna is the oldest and most reclusive of the major deities.

Despite initially being revered by emerging civilizations, their unimpeded expansion laid waste to her sanctuaries, leading many small towns posing threats to their local ecosystem to disappear.

With her power beginning to wane, Luna has staked her essence into protecting what remains of the wild places

Creation Magic

What is it?

The collective thought of large bodies of living creatures can bring forth into existence powerful, god-like beings. These deities wield a power proportional to their followers, and may only exert their will within their associated domain.

Who can wield it?

The power of creation is a sect of magic innate to all living creatures, and is more potent in species with a strong sense of self/consciousness. Beings brought into existence through group thought are incapable of performing creation magic.

What are the implications?

Deities are incentivized to spread their renown, be it peacefully or otherwise, to bolster their strength and longevity.
