Earlier this year in January, porn actress and mother of two Cytherea was brutally raped by three armed men.

This was the response from popular feminist site Jezebel:

Only three days ago Stoya accused former boyfriend James Deen of rape on Twitter. This was Jezebel’s response:

And so on and so forth. But did you notice the titles for some of those articles?

Apparently it takes an accusation to remind people that sex workers can be victims of assault, yet they ignored Cytherea’s rape altogether. 

The few websites that gave her assault considerable attention were those evil misogynists over at Return of Kings and The Libertarian Republic

And here is the only porn actress who openly called out the feminist hypocrisy:

Unsurprisingly, many hard line feminist websites like Everyday Feminism, Feministing, Bitch Media, The Feminist Wire and many others do not even have articles covering either porn actresses. How odd for a movement that claims to care so much about rape victims.

I also found it odd how little support Cytherea got from social media as you can tell from these tweets here here here and here. What, no hashtag to show solidarity for a proven rape victim but tons of support for someone that makes a mere accusation?

Mercedes supports Gamergate, and called SJWs out on their lack of acknowledgement of Cyn. One aGG accused her of trying to “weaponize rape” and implying she was being a hypocrite because she thinks that a case with actual evidence and eyewitnesses is more credible than a he-said, she-said accusation.

Like I pointed out on Reddit, SJWs may actually prefer it when rape cases are ambiguous, because it lets them whine about how justice isn’t being done.

I think the real issue here is that these cases aren't about the victims but the accused. In Cytherea's case it was three anonymous men that assaulted her, nothing- not a peep. But when you have a high profile person like Dean who has become the face of male adult stars, now you have story.
