My full Antarc papercraft piece for @shatterhnkzine! I was so pleased that I got the OK to draw them - Antarc is hands-down my favorite gem in the series, and I find myself thinking about their episodes regularly, even months later. 

You can get copies of the zine on Etsy! It’s available as a snazzy PDF, a physical book with a rad holofoil cover, and a physical book with a rad holofoil cover PLUS a metric ton of cute bonus charms, stickers, prints and more!

My piece for @shatterhnkzine feat. Sphene & their partner Peridot (and their former partners Topaz & Blue Zoisite, huheheh) ✨

I’m sad that they’re essentially background characters because I feel like their relationship could be really interesting to look at an develop considering both have lost a partner. There’s a lot of emotions to explore like mutual understanding, but also potential things like inadequacy, or if they’ll ever recover from the loss of their previous partner to fully accept the new, etc.

Update!

Hello everyone! Sorry for not updating the tumblr sooner but the books have arrived and have been shipping out since the beginning of the week. We are hoping to have all books shipped out by thanksgiving! Thank you for your patience!

Update on Book Delay

Hi everyone,

First off, we’d like to apologize for the silence the past month. There is some good news and bad news that we have for all of you. Bad news, we’ve been trying very hard to get the books printed these past couple of months; however, there have been several delays outside our control that have contributed to the delay in printing. A major printing company, Edward Mallory Bros, shutdown unexpectedly back in August without finishing any of the projects they were working with. While this is not the company we’re printing the books with, this unexpected shutdown cause an high demand in other printing companies which has unfortunately impacted where we are getting the books printed. This compounded with the holiday printing schedule has pushed back the date we’re receiving the books. The printer has guaranteed November 6th as the date we will be receiving the books and we will do our best to ship them as soon as they reach our hands.

On to better news, we will be providing the PDF version of the zine to everyone who has preordered. We will be messaging everyone through etsy with a link to the download. Again, we apologize for the delay and will do our best to keep you guys updated if anything further arises this month. Thank you for your understanding and we hope you all have a lovely day.

Book Delay

Hello Gems! Sorry for the lack of updates. Unfortunately, the books themselves have hit a bit of a bump in production and are most likely arriving in late september. We deeply apologize for the delay and hope you understand. We’ll do our best to get these books to you as soon as we can and keep you updated on when the books do arrive. We’ve been working hard behind the scenes to get all of the extras ready and packaged for shipping so that when the books do arrive, everything else will be ready. As compensation for this delay, we will be adding an additional surprise mini print to everyone’s orders. If you have any questions regarding this change, please feel free to message us through etsy/twitter/tumblr and we will do our best to answer.
