Self love is where it starts!
You want someone to love you for who you are then learn to accept yourself and love yourself. We are all made beautiful. Even though we all disagree.
Ask yourself why do I not like my self. Think about it first of all. Sometimes we say these things with out actually putting self thought into it.
That’s why when do things with out thinking. We act on certain things. But I’m all seriousness. Think about it.
Then ask yourself. What do I like about me ? What is something that I am really good at and people actually admire about me ?
I am smart. I’m a kind and genius person.
I work my ass of to make sure bills are paid.
I work my ass of on keeping my self from having mental break downs. I keep my self thinking positive thoughts. And it very hard to do.
I would put others before me. I will work with you and acknowledge your needs. I will do what ever it takes to help you feel better and for you to stay happy.
I know that the ones that always do good things never get anything go out of it. I know thank you is never enough. Some times the act of kindness can be the simplest things ever. But the thing is we need to learn to also accept it when someone does acknowledges all of our hard work and we get a thank you but also some food,money, etc.
But instead there are some people out there that are still complaining that it’s not enough.
On a whole spiritual level I am very ever thankful. For all the people that said thank you. Gave me stuff to prove to me that they appreciated it. Everything that they did for me.
I know that sometimes our minds like to play tricks on us and making us re think things. That’s where we assume things. Start to overthink to the point that we get overwhelmed and become self critical to our selfs.
We are just hurting ourselves. Deep thinkers exist they are always in there heads about anything and everything. They run into a problem the first thing they do is their thinking of a way to get themselves out of the problem.
Also while actually working themselves out of a problem as well. I’m also someone who actually takes action I come up with a plane and take action. I’m really good at that.
See this something to also love your self for. Knowledge really is power because you brain has actual power.
Meditation can help you activate these brain activity’s and it opens awhile another world inside you head. Things become more clear and simple.
