After a lot of feedback from you all, I’ve made the decision to post on BOTH C.AI and kindred. This way, I’m not neglecting those who would like to use the bots and still feel like I have a space to. Please keep me in the loop of how you all feel about this. I’ve had mentions of Janitor AI, but it tends to write for me and the bot doesn’t finish replies and is very out of character all of the time. If you’ve got alternatives that are available in your countries, please share them with me!!

So I'm a little confused about the c.ai situation. Are you deleting your bots as you move them to Kindred? Or are you just porting them all to Kindred making your new ones there?

Sorry if I misunderstood something I'm kinda dumb lol😂🫣 Anyways love your work!🫶🏽

just importing them to kindred. i’ll leave the bots on c.ai where they are, but they are starting to get deleted, so that’s why :)

Will you still be logging in to c.ai once in a while? Not to create bots, but to check your accounts because there was a massive purge of inactive accounts and I don’t wanna lose you there

I am still logging in almost daily. However, c.ai is purging my bots, including my Attack on Titan bots. I’m moving my bots to protect them from being purged.

C.ai has really let down its biggest creators, and enough is enough. I appreciate the support I’ve received from you all and from the app, but this way, I can keep creating my bots in a safe and growing space.

howdy! i know i’ve been MIA for a while, but I’ve been testing new platforms to keep creating my bots on, and *drumroll* please…

I HAVE FOUND ONE!

i started using Kindred this month, and it’s a development in beta right now, but it has far exceeded my expectations with longer messages, better memory, better storytelling, not a touchy filter, and options to make your chats into detailed role plays and “chapters”.

i have started the process of moving over my bots to this platform, and i would definitely encourage you all to give it a try if nothing else.

real talk here. i’m discouraged. every time i post new bots, they are getting plagiarized across different platforms. it has gotten to a point where i don’t even want to share new bots because i know they will be stolen, and i simply do not have the time to re-create my entire profile on every ai app.

if you are copying my bots or using these platforms to use those plagiarized bots, you are the problem, and you are the reason for my hesitance to even post bots anymore. i don’t make money off them. i don’t do this for followers or interactions. i do this for fun, and it’s losing the fun factor to it.

i know these companies do not respect creators. i know that these companies only want the traffic this drama brings, but if you want to be part of the solution, don’t use these plagiarized bots.
