Mystic Messenger has been the bane of my existence for years. From going through all the endings and completing all the side stories, this otome game brought me so much joy in a time of darkness. I will always remember the days when I kept replaying the Christmas story and Zen April 1st Bday to farm for hourglasses for the other stories (you get the highest amount of hourglasses there).

I like Jumin Han and Zen the best. Zen's storyline is definitely more straightforward, but I can see him being a devoted partner despite being in the entertainment industry, where affairs are common.

I do think the best ending is 707 route, where Saeran is saved and everyone is together. 707 Valentine's day is also very sweet.

V and Rika deserve each other, and Rika is the result of her circumstances + V's enabling. The twins are the victims of this toxic couple's decision (they are basically their children at this point)

I wish even with the guys as love interests, Jaehee could be our friend in every timeline. She deserves a friend.

Yoosung is kind of delulu. Not my cup of tea.

All in all, I don't see Mystic Messenger as a normal otome game where you chase the individual Love interests, but a unique one where you get to have a group chat with your friends. And it's nice to have such a big group of friends to text every few hours - though in such an illogical, dangerous situation. This game made me feel warm in ways I never thought I would.

No doubt, after completing EVERYTHING as a F2P player, here is my achievement before I move on to the next otome game.

I could not unlock one of Ray's endings, so there's 1 photo missing (I even used guides) (I give up. I do not want to go through that again - ever). I also didn't unlock all the guests. But at least 85% is there.
