This might be crazy but hear me out...
If I worked for ch3 marketing/management, I would want to work with LenaMiu and crew. They have a polite loyal new fan base that is borderline obsessed but partially grounded in reality. Plus, they have chemistry and they actually like each other beyond the bond of friendship in a way that doesn't interfere with professionalism.
I'd have them posting and streaming on their YouTube channels. For Lena, a virtual book club that will help her gather and collect fans. For Miu, fashion vlogs. Get her out on the streets looking at local attire or at the many brand sponsorship events.
They'd be doing fan meets in not the normal routine areas (Korea, Brazil, Canada, Germany, New York, and Los Angeles). I'd have small events with less than 200 people and sell tickets at crazy (Low / High) numbers. Not much singing will be at the small gatherings, just games and QAs. Close intimate settings with fans that staff can easily manage.
Brand sponsored posts quota. 3-6 a month. Promoting a new series, a brand, a magazine, the channel, their channels. Sell, sell, sell.
We will not concern ourselves with fan matters. If there are rumors, there are rumors. Oh well. If they believe it they can leave, we don't care. No paper, no problems.
On top of that, I'd stop posting their schedule the moment the heat got hot. I'd tell people the girls were unsafe and that if you wanted to see them you could check the ch3 app for their upcoming events.
It would be like putting them right in front of you but always just out of reach. Enticing.
Then I'd go ask to be part of the OomBam team. They would let me because of how great my program works, then do the same thing.
