Summary: Different kisses with Corpse
Notes: This was originally supposed to be something completely different but it turned into this and I am perfectly fine with it cause I freaking love this how this turned out. Sorry if there are any mistakes.
“Corpse stop, I really have to finish this.” You whined, shoving your boyfriends face from your neck. You had been trying to finish a big research paper for your English class that was due tomorrow night at midnight. You procrasinated for a few days and now you were stressing over it.
Much to your dismay, Corpse decided that today out of all days was the day he wanted to annoy you. “Babe, you’ve been working for the past two hours. You need a break so you don’t burn yourself out.” He says, kssing your neck slowly again. You unconciously leaned your head to the side, granting him more access.
It was a calming feeling, being wrapped up in your boyfriends arms, being smothered with unconditional love. “I know you want to.” He says, hands running up and down your sides. You almost gave in at that, but you knew you had to resist. You grabbed his hands, stopping them in their paths. “As much as I would love to take a break with you,” You started, turning in his lap to face him. “I know that if I do that, said break will never end and I can not afford to fail this paper.” You frowned, looking deep into his dark orbs.
He frowns back but never breaks your gaze. “Ok, I’ll leave you alone, but if you need anything I’ll be in my recording room. Alright?” He says, eyes shifting to your lips, then back to your eyes. You got the hint but didn’t give in. You nodded and went to turn back around but he stops you, grabbing your chin to pull you into a soft kiss. It lasts only a few seconds before he pulls away, too fast for your liking. You whine as he chuckles. “Sorry princess, but I think you got a paper to be writing.” He stands up as you groan. “I actually hate you sometimes.” “Yeah yeah. We can continue later when you’re finished. I love you.” He smiles, walking out of your shared room. You roll your eyes but go back to writing, now with an end goal.
“You’re the most annoying person I have ever met.” Corpse says, shoving you off him. You laugh out loud and climb back on top of him. Your boyfriend had been trying to watch YouTube on his phone peacefully, only to have you crawling all over him. “I just wanna cuddle Corpsie.” You whined, wrapping your arms around his neck. He groans and drops his phone on the floor. “It’s too hot in here for cuddles.” He argues, though you both know he’s not gonna put up any sort of fight. “It’s never too hot for cuddles” You say, placing a kiss on his cheek.
“Y/N, it’s literally 90° outside and you know our ac sucks.” He pushes your face away from his but you jump back on top of him, now attacking his entire face in kisses. “It’s never too hot to show my love for you.” Corpse finally gives up, knowing you won’t stop. He laughs and wraps his arms around your waist, pulling you all the way down. You stop your attacks as you suddenly feel the amount of heat surrounding you.
“Ok, so maybe it is a bit too hot.” You say, squirming in his grip, trying to escape. “Oh no, you’re not going anywhere. This was all your idea.” He says, now attacking you in return. You scream out as his hands find your sides, poking at them. “Corpse please! I’m sorry! I’ll leave you alone!” You plead.
“I don’t want you going anywhere now.” He says, ceasing his attacks and wrapping his arms back around you. You both laid there in silence for a while. It was fine until you felt the sweat building up on your forehead. “I love this little moment we’re having, but I really need to get up before we both have a heat stroke or something.” Corpse laughs again and releases you from his grip, but not before stealing a kiss from you.
The kiss was full of passion. So much love. Though Corpse could never prove how much he loved you through a simple kiss, he sure as hell could try. Your hand found it’s way to his cheek as the other holds yourself up. You pull away only when you feel your breath completely disappear from your lungs. Both you and Corpse were breathing heavily, just staring into the others eyes.
What was once a beautiful sunny evening, turned a dark and gloomy night, lighting flashing across the sky. It had been a calm night, for you and your boyfriend, Corpse. The both of you checked into bed early, opting to cuddle and talk for hours, the conversations holding no significant meaning, but they meant a lot to you. Nights like these were your favorite. Being able to lay in your lovers arms in the comfort of your bed, nothing ever felt better.
You were out like a light within the first two hours. Corpse never bothered to stop talking though, now he was just continuing the meaningless conversations with himself. He looked down at you occasionally, heart nearly pounding out of his chest at the sight. You looked so peaceful. So beautiful. He wished he could give you the world.
He hated himself sometimes. A lot actually. Hating himself because he couldn’t treat you the way you deserved. He couldn’t take you out on dates or show you off to the world like a normal boyfriend could. Instead he hides you away, keeps you all to himself.
He was broken out of his thoughts when he felt you squirm in his arms. Your eyes slowly open and look up at him. You smile lazily and close your eyes again, snuggling further into his chest. “Watcha looking at, bub?” You asked. He smiles and kisses the top of your head. “Just looking at your beautiful face.” You hum and look back up. “I must look like a disaster.” He smiles back. “A beautiful disaster.”
He leans back down and plants a soft kiss to your lips. As selfish as it was, maybe keeping you all to himself wasn’t so bad. He feels better that way. Mind at ease and not screaming with anxious thoughts as often. Keeping you to himself ensures you’re safe.
