I've committed to myself to work out 2-3 hours a day. That's insane. This is day 4. I have not had a rest day. My body finally decided to completely shut down right before one of my classes ended today. I couldn't comprehend what the teacher was saying and I was very lethargic and weak. HELLOOOO!!! Wake up call. Time to listen to my body and let it rest. Be kind to myself. I'm so obsessed with getting stronger and to my goals, I forgot my body also needs some TLC. Having said that, this pull over was taken right after I sat down for a few minutes. There would be no way in hell I could do a pull up a year ago nevermind a pull up straight into a pull over.
