I think more about romantic headcanons for Steve and Stephen, but this for a platonic one works!

Steve having a crush is how I would put it in my hc, so it doesn't sound weird to me. He's also easy to talk to and he's good at talking to basically everyone. Stephen is a bit more quiet, but Steve just has that air around him that makes people talk.

Tony doesn't have the same effect on people, and because Stephen and Tony had a bad start, they sometimes have a hard time getting along. They butt heads and don't understand each other.

Steve is actually the one that gets them together, so to speak, because he makes them see the good in each other and reminds them about blah blah, I'm not sure what they would talk about really.

Then I'm not sure how they continue on a romance, but I'm sure the ironstrange community can come up with something. I'm just here for shieldspell, lol!

Shieldspell when one of them gets sick;

Stephen;

He portals to Steve's room when he knows no one is there and brings him herbal tea and medicine

He sits by the bedside while Steve drinks

He comforts Steve when Steve says that it's his own fault

"It's not your fault, everyone gets sick sometimes"

Stephen silently watches Steve fall asleep and then sits there for a while just watching him

When he's sure that Steve is asleep, Stephen stands up to kiss his forehead

He leaves a tiny note under Steve's pillow: "I'll be back tomorrow"

Steve;

He makes an effort to visit Stephen in the sanctum

If Stephen is out of bed, Steve will order him to lay down

Steve is more open when Stephen is sick

He puts his hand on Stephen's forehead to feel his temperature rather than using a thermometer

He sometimes talks about his life before the ice

He takes the time to massage Stephen's hands, even if Stephen complains about it

"It's not often the doctor himself gets a fever" said lovingly

Steve likes to talk until Stephen can't keep his eyes open anymore

When Stephen is asleep, Steve kisses his knuckles and tucks him in, then kisses his temple or his cheek

OKAY, so what is actually "shieldspell"? It's the only name I've seen used for Steve Rogers and Stephen Strange. Yeah, ship name. I was trying things like StrangeCaptain, DocCap, StrangeRogers, CaptainStrange and even just smushing their names into forming Stevphen, but ShieldSpell or SpellShield sounds infinitely better.

How did I come up with this? This tweet is how I came up with this idea, and I will forever be livid at this tweet and this user for making me think about this
