I myself have less information than I’d like to, which is of course where you come in, but based on an interview I had with a woman who has been here far longer than me, C-A is a potential Keter-class anomaly with reality bending powers of a currently unknown degree. It also displays certain memetic abilities, for example memory alteration. I’ve reason to believe it also has some form of emotional manipulation. Based on purely guesswork, anecdotes and personal experience, it’s safe to assume that this thing has harmed or killed before and likely erased any and all memories of the victim even existing afterwards.

If my assumptions are correct, which they usually are, not to brag, then C-A poses an active threat to your “friend”. By what you’ve told me, it doesn’t particularly seem to like them at all, which is where I’ve concluded that it is actively manipulating or blackmailing them - otherwise, they probably would have told you themselves. Though, there is a chance they’re just keeping secrets.
