🌟 What happens when I get a match?
Once you receive a match (or multiple matches), you’ll get a message with the subject: ✨ You’ve Got a Match! ✨ You can choose to: ✔️ Accept the match ❌ Reject the match 💬 Ask for more info before deciding
🌟 What if I don’t get a match?
That’s not possible! While it may take some time (especially if we're still growing), you will always get a match! If it takes more than a day, we’ll send you an update so you’re not left wondering. If it's taking too long, you can also request three random matches to speed up the process!
🌟 What happens when we both accept each other?
Once both of you accept, you’ll receive a message titled 🌟 Your Match Said Yes! 🌟 Inside, you’ll find your match’s contact info so you can start chatting and becoming shifting besties!
🌟 What if one of us accepts and the other rejects? What if we both reject?
While we hope every match works out, it’s okay if it doesn’t! If even one person rejects, the match won’t go through. The person who was rejected will receive a message titled 💙 Your Match Chose to Pass with the option to be rematched!
