To the Yeagerists thinking that they can take down both the Armored Titan & the Female Titan, well, hate to reiterate this BUT the last time someone managed to deal the final incapacitating blow to either one of them had been only one person:

Mikasa "BAMF" Ackerman

She, who was worth a hundred soldiers when she was a fresh graduate, at this point would have been worth more than several hundreds of Yeagerists and also fighting together WITH both titans.

"Boo... she's a slave. xx is better than her."

"She's an ice-cold bitch. How dare she treated Louise, a dying girl, like that?"

"How can she feel empathy for people of the world she doesn't even know of personally compared to a girl who worships her & somewhat 'emotionally blackmailed' her dedication towards Eren?"

"How could she work with the same group of people who tried to murder her days before?"

Bashing Mikasa herself as a character is one thing, comparing her to another character is a low blow. She grieved & mourned for Sasha, she's compassionate towards Gabi & Falco. She has compassion and mercy towards people that needs it. Louise is anything but.

Back to the Yeagerists, the trigger-happy bunch needs to hide behind guns & gears they're not even well-adapt on to instil fear, while homegirl need no more than her freaking bare hands to defend herself and fight for what she believes in.

"She's a traitor. She betrayed her own comrades and the people on the island."

Paradis is her home but do you think she'd rather sit quietly, turn a blind eye towards the Yeagerists' drunkenness towards power, ascension towards madness & live with bloods of the many innocents (related or non-related to Eldian history) on her hands? She would rather die fighting for what she believes in, just like how her parents have taught her. Her childhood was first destroyed when selfish, violent humans imposed into her family's home. She's been there at nine years old. Like hell she'll be okay with the Yeagerists' stand. If someone comes into your house to fuck with your freedom/rights, you have the right to defend BUT not to go on a killing spree of all potential criminals out there and take justice into your own hands unless you're Batman. Isn't that what Mikasa & co did when Marley's battalion came days before? Guess what? The battalion left the Warriors and Magath behind & that does not mean JCAM should kill the leftover Marleyans and watch passively as Eren released not a group but ALL of the CTs inside the walls to fuck with the rest of the world.

Chapter 127 & 128 are displaying the courage Mikasa needed to fight for her own ideals for the first time - even if that means going against Eren's will.

Just saying, some people can go on and on about the tasteless, exhausting slave memes/jokes or their neverending barrage of vitriol against the 'cringevengers' just because they believe in a will that is different than their 'genocidal overlord'.

At this point of his story, Isayama has clearly place both sides on the scale: there are no rights or wrongs, good guys or bad guys as we were initially introduced to. We have seen both perspectives.

If you think because it's fictional, therefore genocide is alright, go on ahead. Though that does not justify the hatred you've been displaying towards the MarleyParadis Alliance.

I understand Eren's drive & actions BUT it does not mean I accept his will. However, that does not justify that I should hate on & attack his character. If you want to project your personal ideals on either side's characters, you are more than welcomed to do so but please have more class than that.

I believe that is the series' creator's intention.

What kind of values do you think Isayama wants to deliver through HIS story?

Reiner & Annie understood that the Warriors have no right to ask JCAM of anything. Reiner even suggested they stay behind in safety so they won't be forced to make that difficult decision like they did. (Look at how far the kids have grown?)

Interesting theme to note: Mercy. Sasha showed Gabi mercy but the same girl that she spared shot her to death. Gabi didn't understand then. Second round, Mikasa showed her mercy and Gabi finally understood. It finally humbled her.

Hate on Hajime Isayama all you want, as everyone can see on BSM's latest cover, the man's filthy rich enough to open his own sustainable business after SnK wraps with the royalty he gets from merchandise, prints and all. His 'bad writing' got him published & he has set his mind on an ending that would hurt some of us. If the alliance loses, Eren perseveres & millions die, it would hurt me so much but I would respect that because that is the route Isayama has chosen. I am already grateful for the opportunity & the experience he had blessed us all with.

Isayama doesn't owe anyone shit. He's a content creator, he is telling HIS story, not yours. As fans, shouldn't you take his material and learn something from it instead of making fun of or hating his decisions? Debate constructively please but stop spreading the hate.

You can choose to opt out of the series, moan all you want but in the end, you'll be the first group of people who would be obsessing with any ounce of spoilers at the beginning of a new month. Stop attacking or provoking people who is 'on the other side' of the ideal you believe in.

I am just someone who wants to share. As fans, we have the right to disagree with some of Isayama's stance/direction but there are always lesson(s) to be learnt:

Respect & Love.

You can love someone & still disagree with their ideals and be on the opposite side. In the end, Mikasa loves herself enough to decide on her own to stop Eren. As fans, stop projecting your hate towards the characters. Learn from them instead.

I know there’s a lot going on in the world, but you probably haven’t heard about what’s happening in Australia.

we’re on fire.

approximately ¼ of australia’s population is in catastrophic fire danger. A catastrophic fire level means your only chance of surviving is leaving before it’s too late.

it’s Spring in Australia, and rainforests aren’t meant to be dry enough to burn, yet at the time of writing this (11/11/19) there are 71 active fires in NSW (43 out of control), and 51 active fires in Queensland - not including those that have already burned before now, and there are more in other states. Sydney is already rated “catastrophic”, the first time this rating has ever been used there since its creation in 2009. That’s right, we had to add yet another level of destructiveness, because “high”, “very high”, “severe”, and “extreme” were no longer adequate. To quote the Fire Danger Ratings, “for your survival, leaving early is the only option”. conditions tomorrow will be the worst they have been, and people are evacuating as we speak. the fire fighters are preparing as best they can.

This isn’t just about people losing their homes; people have died and will die, countless animals have already lost their lives and many more will still perish. our land, our lives, and our hope is up in flames and will soon be nothing but ash. the annual fire season has not even begun yet. this is only the beginning. my native land is burning, and there is nothing i can do to stop it.

the government refuses to acknowledge that we are in a climate crisis. the fires have never been this bad. we have been in severe drought for more than a year which has only contributed to the force of these fires. the Prime Minister Scott Morrison has done nothing but send his “thoughts and prayers”. He will not accept aid from other countries because he is too egotistical to admit that we need it. All the while the people of this land are suffering. Climate change needs radical human change to be combated. we are already seeing the results of years of indifference, and this is barely the beginning of something that will only get worse the longer government’s and big companies refuse to act to counteract climate change.

Our government has also cut funding to Fire and Rescue NSW by 35.4%, the Rural Fire Service by 75.2%, and QLD Rural Fire Service by 26.42%, resulting in closures of services; they don’t have the resources to cope. We are fighting a losing battle against the results of climate change.  and this is only the beginning.

12/11/19 UPDATE

At least 6 million people today are prepared for evacuating. There are strong winds, low humidity, and high temperatures which will only exacerbate and encourage the fires. Authorities have warned that there aren’t enough fire trucks to help everyone, so unless you are prepared to the maximum, you need to leave. 600 schools and TAFE’s across NSW have been closed due to the fires, with others in Queensland closing due to air quality being virtually unbreathable due to smoke. Rural Fire Service Deputy Commissioner Rob Rogers said the state was as prepared as it could be, with military aircraft on standby to rescue people from fires if needed. Smoke from these fires have reached as far as New Zealand and New Caledonia.

As Queensland and New South Wales deal with these unprecedented bushfires, there is a lot of talk about how to stop, or at least reduce them. David Bowman is a professor of environmental change biology at the University of Tasmania and he says the short answer is that climate change is making a bad situation worse.

But it’s also much more complex than that. Much of Australia’s natural biodiversity has evolved to withstand and even stop bushfires due to a multitude of species being in one area. Eucalyptus trees encourage fires as they help spread seeds, but other species are naturally flame retardant and help to curb the fires. The issue is that so much of the native bush has been cut down for farming and agriculture that the natural fire defence has virtually been destroyed. Australia is the leading country in mammal extinction, as well as one of the worst 7 for biodiversity loss.

There have already been significant harmful impacts to wildlife, with entire ecosystems up in smoke and individual species affected, including around 350 Koalas presumed dead – all before the fires have reached their peak.

my heart goes out to the victims of the current fires, which we know have been exacerbated by the decline of native biodiversity. Australian conservation efforts need a radical overhaul. Mitigating the intensity of these fires, mostly set by humans and their activities, can be achieved by restoring our native ecosystem engineers, such as bandicoots, bettongs and potoroos.

These species help to maintain healthy forests by continually turning over and breaking down forest leaf litter, thereby drastically reducing fuel load. In their absence, fires are more intense, often reaching the treetops, which can affect populations of species already on the brink, like the Koala.

Slow growing and ancient Australian East coast temperate forests are of global significance, as these forests have some of the highest carbon storage on the planet. Fires of this intensity threaten their very existence but managing wildlife to reduce fire intensity and protect forests is under-appreciated for its importance in reducing the release of carbon into the atmosphere.

One of the fires is close to my home. Its already at over 105’000 hectares and its coming closer to our house. The fire has been expanding by about 25’000 hectares each day. If it continues on like this with the current wind direction, then our house will be gone in an estimated two or three days…

So… a while ago during the one of my usual readthroughs, I noticed something in Chapter 50 which I’ve been meaning to talk about.

When Eren first uses the Coordinate, they are at a pretty desperate situation like Levi later says. Mikasa is hurt and can’t fight, Eren doesn’t have his 3DMG on and is pretty much done at that point, but the thing about the 3DMG is… they’re on a plains land. Sure, they can use the Titans, but that’s not the point I’m trying to make here.

They are literally in the middle of a grass field. Grass. Grass. And then… after Mikasa and Eren run away… there’s this shit right here:

….Wait a second… what the… O_o

Why are trees growing there?! What the hell?! Where tf did those come from?!?!

Okay, this is immediately linked to my theory that Titans are plants but more specifically… this flower/plant thing has been foreshadowed so much at this point, that I’m betting my money on the theory that the Source of all Organic Material is a tree/plant of some sort. Because 1) @falcon94ssy ‘s analysis, including the constant talks about bloodlines like here:

The flowers in Eren’s dream, the flowers inside the Titan in Episode 9… there are references everywhere. Titans only moving during sunlight and regenerating limbs?

Oh and 2) Isayama REALLY likes Norse mythology. It wouldn’t surprise me if the World Tree was the source of all organic material at this point.

Eren using the Coordinate, aka the direct connection to the source seems to have made those trees grow. Now this may just be scenery artwork but like I said, you don’t see small trees growing around the main characters on a pure field of fucking grass. This has been my analysis of this. Now hurry up Isayama.

Shelter from the Rain Vol. 01 Levi & Moblit Berner

Heavy drops of water poured down from an ashen sky to beat against the stone pavement.

"Whoa, there… What should I do now?" said the man as he ran under the store's eaves, his hands full of paper bags. A customer already inside replied to him in a surly voice.

"…It's just a passing shower."

"Captain Levi!" the man said as he tried to give a salute, nearly dropping all his belongings in the process.

"As you were. You… You're Hange's aide, aren't you?"

"Yes, sir! Vice Captain of the Fourth Squad, Moblit Berner."

"Running errands?"

"Yes, buying books and medicine, as well as daily necessities for the Squad Leader… And you, Captain?"

"Erwin summoned me. He said it's not something we can talk about in the barracks."

"…And you're not taking a carriage?"

"They kick up mud whenever they stop."

"I see," Moblit said, recalling that when out of battle, Levi was obsessed with cleanliness.

Captain Levi is the complete opposite of Squad Leader. But… I know the two trust one another.

A special kind of bond from spending many years together. It's something that Moblit didn't have with his commanding officer. He felt something similar to envy building inside, but Levi only looked towards the rain clouds and began to talk, almost as if reflecting to himself.

"Must be hard being an aide for someone like that."

"What do you mean?"

"If something interests Hange enough, Hange will ignore everything else--including your life."

"…I consider it as my job to protect my leader at times like that."

"Yeah. It's a job that only you can do."

"Hm…?"

Moblit was unable to fully understand the depth of the words, but Levi continued, his eyes still turned away.

"No matter how far back we go, it's not like we're stuck together all day long. You're the only one who's always by Hange's side, Moblit."

The pouring rain had began to turn into a light drizzle, and the clouds went flying by in the sky.

"Be more confident. I know you can't always stay upbeat, but still."

I see… So he's asking me to keep taking care of Hange.

Before they knew it, the rain had disappeared. Sunbeams shone through the clouds to illuminate the two men under the eaves.

"It's cleared up. Now give me those."

"Wait, Captain! You know that one's heavy!"

Levi grabbed one of the paper bags from Moblit's hands and walked into the open. Without so much as looking back, he urged Moblit to do the same.

"We're going back to the same barracks, anyway. It wouldn't be bad to have Hange owe me one."

"…I just hope the Squad Leader notices that you're even there, Captain."

"That's easy enough to solve with a kick in the ass," Levi said.

Walking behind him, Moblit couldn't help but smile as he imagined an embarrassed grin on Captain Levi's face.

Hey why is it that whenever I scroll through Erehisu shipper archive I must see Mikasa this, Mikasa that. I'm yet to see Historia in Eremika shipper archive. They even seem to appreciate Historia as a person. Don't you say it's because Historia is better cause even I asking this know it's nowhere true. It's like eremika doesn't even recognize erehisu as a potential threat with they way they treat Hisu.

Obviously , because people hate mikasa?

Eremika shippers always “pretend” they care about historia and that’s why “they hate the father theory” because historia is miserable and forced by eren to have a child.

So to them , they prefer non-con rape over the father theory which simply states that Historia and eren either in love with each other or that she CHOSE to cooperate on her own accord and she is more complex than being a “pathetic victim” in “tragic story”.

Even though nothing confirmed it might go either way , they chose the option that would get historia away from eren and save their ship.

It would be better if they just said they hate Historia rather than wishing rape for her.

How pure their love is for her. You can go scroll down EH tag on twitter. They debate about the father theory more than we , the shippers , do. It’s like they are losing hope for their ship so hating on the best

Hi I'm an EM shipper and honestly I genuinely appreciate Historia  as an individual and as a character in snk, I was touched when she gave Sasha food after being punished and that was when I started to like her, from the moment she first appeared, I liked her. I know some part of the EM fandom are probably pretending to like her but I think it would be meaningless, like why post something you're pretending to like, this is a free platform anybody can hate, If they can say they dislike the father theory then why can’t they say they dislike Historia. And of course they’d debate for their ship, it’s what most fandoms do and clinging on to any last scrap of hope is what most people probably do when facing certain challenges in their lives, we’re people and shippers we don’t know when to quit. As for me, it’s not that I can’t accept the father theory because it goes against my ship, it’s because for me, I understood that the farmer is the father, the end. (Yeah, that’s how simple-minded I am haha, although I guess it may be possible) Why would we (or maybe I beacause I’m the only one talking), wish for Historia to have gotten raped, that’s disgusting and immoral. Sure, for you it’s the best ship, every ship we ship is the best, but if we go around and take surveys on every snk fangirl/boy alive Ereri is ranking top (this is not relevent to what I’m saying, is it? lol) Honestly, I wanted to ship Erehisu some time before when I was new to tumblr but then, since Mikasa is my favorite character, I happened to come across your blog when I was randomly following blogs, I saw one of your posts before, I can’t find it probably, but it was basically about Mikasa and Erehisu and Mikasa’s obsession...(can’t we call it yandere though?) anyways it just made me dislike you hehe lol,( but it’s normal to hate you right? no? Snk Truth

Something ain’t adding up with Attack on Titan. Something is going on. And its screwing with my mind.

Snk is like a harbour for conspiracy theories. Always there is something we don’t know, only to look back and see all the clues. Nothing is as it seems. How much of last chapter really even happened? There are to many ‘mistakes’ in this chapter. Way to many to be overseen. We are being screwed with. There is something much bigger at play here. What is really true in this chapter?
