"What do you want, Potter?" Regulus asked, his arms folding over his chest.
"Can we talk?" James asked.
"Were talking now."
"You knew what I meant."
James paused, expression shifting to a more vulnerable one.
"Promise you won't hate me?"
"What makes you think I don't already hate you, Potter?"
"Your an ass." James teased.
Regulus did not tease back.
"Anyway, what i wanted to talk about," James paused, partly to find his words, partly for dramatic effect "Regulus, for a long time whenever I've been around you ive gotten this weird feeling, for a while I wasn't really sure what it was.. and it made me feel good, really good. I couldn't figure out what it was for a long time, but I think I've realized what it is."
James paused before finally saying what he'd needed to, looking at Regulus' expression. There was a slight furrowed to his brow, like he knew exactly what was coming.
"Potter, I wish you'd told me earlier."
"I know! It was dumb it took me so long to realize but now I know, isn't that great?" James smiled. "And now that I've figured it out we can-"
"No, I don't mean it in that way" Regulus shifted, arms hanging loosely at his sides now, "I wish you'd told me earlier because i dont feel the same way anymore, James."

The first time you had missed class Vil had brushed it off but filed it into his mind to come and check in on you later and probably insult your outfit. Of course you had been looking pretty awful in the comings days before, but Vil hadn't really paid that much attention to it. You were surely fine. Vil went back to taking notes, his fancy cursive font filling the pages.
Oh how wrong he was.
He'd been (regrettably) putting off visiting you, he was a very busy man after all. But by the fourth day had come and your irritable presence still was missing he decided he needed to find out what exactly was going on.
Vil approached the room he assumed you were staying in with all his usual arrogance. There was an abhorrent coughing noise coming from inside, that's what he assumed you were in there.
And when he entered, lo and behold there you were. At this point you looked like you'd merged with the bed. There were tissues overflowing in the trash can covered in bodily fluids that he didn't want to know more about, and clothes all around the floor some with suspicious stains.
Vil wrinkled his nose in distaste but smoothed his features remembering that it would cause wrinkles.
"You look... repugnant." Vil said, his refined voice filling the empty space. You hoped his scarily neutral facial expression didn't mean he was going to roast you right now.
"I dont think thats the most concerning thing going on right now." You croaked, voice nearly gone but you still tried to say it in a very matter of factly way.
That was the beginning of how you got Vil to 'reluctantly' take care of you until you were feeling better.
You laid in bed, you would complain about how horrible being sick was but all that coughing and your horribly sore throat made you lose your voice. At least the blankets were warm. You'd just been in the bathroom coughing up something that didn't look like it should be coming out of a human body.
You'd hardly had any energy to do anything. But thankfully Vil said he'd tell you what You'd missed and maybe he'd even let you copy his notes. Before you knew it, your eyes were drifting closed. And just before the clutches of sleep took hold, you said: "Your my hero, Vil".
Vil would never ever mention just how much that meant to him, he was used to always being seen as the villain especially in his roles. It was nice to finally be something other than that.
When you woke up there was a jacket laying on top of you, warm tea on the table along with medicine.
Vil honestly wasn't that horrible. Other than the tea that he forced you to drink, it tasted like grass in water... yuck, Vil said it would allegedly help your throat and headache as well as helo your skin somehow. You refused to drink it and called it witchcraft, but Vil managed to get the tea down your throat.
And sure maybe he did use you as his makeup dummy when you had started feeling better because he knew you couldn't run.
But it was okay because he kinda did take care of you, you'd even thrown up on him... a mishap that had happened when you were trying to get to the bathroom while he was sitting near you, somehow all your movements hadn't coordinated and your cursed body betrayed you and you'd ended up puking right on his lap and your own. You'd never recover from that. But you were blocking that part out of your memory, it appeared that Vil had too.

Being a demigod wasnt easy. Being a demigod and Spiderman? Well that was practically a death sentence.
It had all started out when one of your parents banged a god. Crazy, right?
Well after that, you came into the world. Then however many years later you were bitten by a radioactive spider while out on a quest.
You fought some monster and became a hero! Great, right? Well. Not really.
Now not only did you have the Greek monsters coming after you, you also had all these super villains as well. Its kind of like trying to fight a two headed snake; no matter what there always danger coming at you from some direction.
And worst part of all, you couldn't exactly tell anyone you were Spiderman. So now you had to balance your demigod duties with your Spiderman duties, and that was not easy at all.
And all that pressure combined with very little sleep and constantly being exhausted because of running from long Island to the big city while fighting bad guys or training, was apparently really bad for your health.
Thats how you ended up in the infirmary. One moment you'd been sparing the soundsof swords clashing and campers chattering filling the air, and the next you were flat on the ground having passed out from exhaustion, the last thing you heard was your sparring partner screaming like a little girl.

When you opened your eyes again the first thing that greeted you was Will Solace, now normally you wouldve been happy to see your friend consider how awesome and attractive he was, but now didn't seem like the time to swoon considering the glare he was giving you.
You didnt even have a chance to defend yourself or make a smart comment before he was yelling (lecturing) you.
"What on earth did you think you were doing?!" Will stsrted, before continuing to rant on, his southern accent becoming more prominent ad he got more upset: "Not sleeping or eating for God's know how long, and then going about your day like normal. You absolute donkey. Were you trying to get yourself killed?! You almost died! You gave poor nico a heart attack, he thought you died!"
You'd barely noticed the pale boy in the corner, oh yeah. You remembered it was him who you were sparring with. You always liked sparring with Nico, he got so into it and you had to admit it was extremely attractive.
"I think I'd believe you if you told me I was dead, because with you two in here I almost thought I woke up in heaven." You commented.
For some reason, this didn't help your case. And if anything it only seemed to make Will angrier at you. Huh.
Before Will could continue, Nico interjected from his corner: "Like you'd ever make it to heaven, pretty sure they dont accept egotistical blockheads."
"Im wounded..." You wailed, your voice cracked at the end with weariness, but you tried hastily to pretend like you weren't tired. You had to win this.
"Well, maybe if you hadn't been busy strutting around instead of taking care of yourself you wouldn't be in this situation. Your lucky I even healed you at all, if I liked you even less than I already do I would've just left you there to waste away." Will continued.
"Tradegy... both your love langues seem to be blind hatred." You muttered, flinging an arm across your forehead.
Will shook his head and glanced at Nico, he just shook his head once. Both of them seemingly communicating telepathically. You found yourself wishing you could have a bond like they did... able to be so close to someone that you were able to communicate seemingly telepathically.
"You need some rest." Will told you, tone gentler. He pulled the thin hospital blanket over your chest. "Me and Nico are gonna be hear and were gonna make sure your actually resting."
"Sleep is for loser beta males." You responded, even as your eyes shut. "For the weak. I bet you two sleep, you probably take shower too or something." Your lip quirked up at the end of your sentence. You secretly hoped they knew you weren't being serious, they probably did, but you were too tired to figure out if your tone sounded sarcastic or serious.
It wasnt too long until you fell into a light sleep. You heard Nico and Will whispering nearby but your brain felt mushy and you didnt want to try and understand what they were talking about.
Maybe fifteen minutes later you felt a dip in the bed on one side of you and a warmth pressing against your side, and then another and a coolness pressing against your other side. You pretended not to notice but you couldn't help the small smile that crawled onto your lips.
I absolutely love solangelo x reader but there's no content of it that I can ever find and when I can find it there little to none of it 😾 also dont judge me this is my first time writing anything like this, and writing for these characters. Im trying to get a feel for how to portray them and their personalities so apologies if it isnt the best. I tried making will kinda sassy in this one and dramatic, all of it just playful though. I didnt really go into it in this, but I love the idea of Will being extremely kind and goody goody infront of chiron or other authority figures, but a menace when their not around. I dont think he'd go around just insulting people but I dont think he'd be afraid to roast people at all or stuff like that. And I feel like if someone insulted him he'd definitely bite back.

The sun had began to set long ago, its hues of vibrant orange as it slowly faded into the velvety navy sky in the west. Thin whispy clouds hovered around the melting sun like they were offering comfort as it sank further and further beneath the horizon.
You and your partners: Nico and Will had all been sent on a quest together, retrieving some artifact for a God who couldnt just get it for themselves. At least it wasn't a particularly hard quest.
The bus had been fine so far, we'd managed to get decently far. We were sat in the back of the bus. There was a strange scent that smelled suspiciously like a molding aged hot dog, and one of the seats had gum shoved between the crevices and a stain that looked like someone dumped a gallon of sweat on the seat. The sun blazed through the windows even as it died below the skyline.
The bright orange beams landed across nicos creamy olive skin, his dark lashes brushed against his cheeks and his jaw hung lax. He looked so beautiful -- not that he didnt look beautiful when he was awake, you were just noticing it more in this moment. His hair hung in dark waves, like an ocean made of ink, it laid against his forehead slightly tusseled.
You had to resist touching the side of his face, just to see how soft the skin there would feel. Just to feel him alive, and right there. But you didn't want to disturb his rest, so you didn't reach out to touch him.
You noticed your heart beat more, it was softer than normal -- but everything felt softer than normal. There was a warm fluffy feeling inside your chest, like there was a warm towel being wrapped around your heart. The feeling brought a flush to your cheeks, you hadnt figured out how to name said feeling yet, but you always felt it around either of your boyfriends and you liked feeling that feeling.
You glanced at your other boyfriend who was sitting just on the other side of you. The feeling intensified. Maybe this was how the grinch felt when his heart grew three sizes bigger? You thought, as your eyes traced the blond haired boys side profile. The curve of his lips, the bump in his nose, the line of his forehead, his jawline and chin. It was like both of them were just trying to be beautiful (and succeeding). You continued admiring him. The curve of his neck, his chest...
But, it seemed Will noticed your staring. "Darlin', my eyes are up here." Will shook his head in mock disappointment.
"Am I not allowed to admire artwork when I see it?" You responded, making eye contact with him.
"Are you saying you want to put me on display then?" Will asked, quirking an eyebrow.
You smiled. "Maybe we could fly a picture of you on display from the back of a plane."
Will tapped his chin in mock skepticism. "I was thinking bigger, flashier," he gasped melodramatically. "I know! Let's project my face on billboards all around the world. You'd be able to see me from anywhere in the world."
"Yeah, but other people would see you too." You mock pouted, leaning on his shoulder.
"Oh, gods forbid, others looking at me? Tragedy!" Will bemoaned.
"I guess I'll start wearing a paper bag over my head whenever I step out. Wouldn't want someone... looking at me." Will teased.
I elbowed him affectionately. "Maybe that'd be for the best." You replied.
Will frowned, flopping back in his seat. "How unlucky am I, to have such a cruel lover. I guess im just so hideous I should never step foot outside of cabin seven." He dramatized, sighing loudly at the end.
"Oh, come on. You know your not hideous. Well maybe except when you get back from a long shift in the infirmary--"
Will scoffed, pushing you playfully. "At least I don't look as bad as when you wake up after going to be late." Will retorted, but still wrapped his arm around your shoulders.
You closed your eyes, a smile playing at your lips as your fingers brushed against Nicos. Will Solace the creature you are. You thought.
