Ambition

When you wake up every morning and open your eyes, do you have something to reach for? A goal or milestone in life that you set to further motivate yourself and keep pushing through life.

Somewhere along the road, I’ve lost my passion. And slowly but surely, I’ve been having a disconnect from those around me. I think of this occasionally but it’s often hard to relate to most of my peers. As I advance in my career early on in my life, it’s hard to find coworkers with the same passion that I have.

Unfortunately that passion is slowly diminishing. Corporate life is slowly consuming the unique individual that I once was and I’m losing... Losing my sense of self and drive which is what will eventually kill me. It’s killing me creatively and chipping away at my empathy. I feel like I’m being shaped into a ‘generic’ person.

I’m looking for that spark. The slightest of embers that can rekindle my passion once again.
