PLEASE HELP ME HELP MY CAT

This is my cat Mina, she is almost 6 years old & I took her in when she was 1 year old due to her previous owners neglecting her & since she is from the same litter as my other cat, and related to my oldest cat.

She had pyometra when we first adopted her so she had to have emergency surgery as she would’ve died had we left her with her former owners. She was diagnosed with FIC in 2019, and has not had a flare up since until now. We took her to the vet on the 26th where she was given an injection + metacam to take for 5 days. She did not improve so we had to take her back on the 29th, where she was given an antibiotic injection. We were told if she does not improve by Wednesday we have to take her back to receive scans + blood tests, to which will cost hundreds.

She has not improved & is still the exact same as she was when we took her the first time, with her final dose of medication being tomorrow. I am panicking as her two visits have cost me £200 & I currently only have £85 to my name. I have never been in this situation where I don’t have money for scenarios like this, however due to things out of control in December I have took a hit financially so the timing of this is unfortunate.

I love my cat a lot & she has imprinted on me since the day we took her in, she’s genuinely the most loving cat I’ve ever met so it breaks my heart that she is struggling this way with no improvement. I feel incredibly guilty being in this situation, but I’m truly desperate so I’m begging for any help I can get as I can’t let her suffer.

Please if any of you can help I truly appreciate it, I just don’t know what else to do, I’m at a real loss as I am currently unable to work due to my severe anxiety & neurodivergence so I am on ESA. I only receive £169 every 2 weeks which goes primarily on living costs, food & cat necessities.
