Answers to your questions:

I don't want you to go into a relationship thinking this is how it will be. Generally speaking if you're in a relationship, you will typically struggle with your self-identity later on. Others around you will see that you have been very influenced by your partner. You may even change your lifestyle/habits etc for your partner. When you put your all in a relatinoship you will put your whole in, but it doesn't mean it's easy for you to do that. You keep your heart guarded and it takes time for you to trust someone. So when you finally feel like you can trust your partner and are ready to give your whole in, you will sometimes later become too immersed in the relationship that you end up losing yourself and you end up just catering to your partner.

Yes but it takes a lot of courage for you to do that. It also takes a lot of time for you to open up to someone and trust someone. Generally speaking it is difficult for you to get into a serious, long term relationship becuase you're quite guarded. You generally will have very few serious relationships in this lifetime.

You have a potential to be with someone for the long term, so I'll just based it off that that person. They will generally think you are very protective of yourself and have a lot of distrust in others. They will also think you are brave and strong yet also weak deep down like you are more fragile than people think. They know you have a lot of pride and will stand your ground. They will feel you can be very stubborn. They know that once they lose your trust you will just shut down. Sometimes they will find it frustrating when you just close off completely and refuse to talk. They want to solve problems with you in the relationship but you tend to just rather stay quiet and avoid them (that's what they feel). In reality you need more time to gather your thoughts and you don't want to say things that you'll regret. They will also feel like you're reliable and trustworthy; they know you will keep their secrets a secret. They feel you are mature and level headed--sometimes a bit too cold and objective oriented. They also sometimes feel you are totally fine with being alone and that you don't need them.

Answers to your questions:

People generally are neutral towards you. They don't particularly hate you nor do they particularly love you (in a non romantic way/romantic way). You aren't really the type to stand out immediately in the crowd. For people who know you better, they like your generosity and genuineness. They feel like you care about them once you've opened up to them.

In reality, you won't be able to please everyone or make everyone love you. I'm sure you know that too. Some people are just naturally social creatures whereas others have more trouble interacting with others. While you can "train" yourself to be more social/gain more connections, it can be difficult for someone who isn't naturally social/good at forming connections to keep putting on a different persona to cater to certain people in the long run. At the end of the day you can ask yourself if it's better to make meaningful connections (while they may be few) or try to make many connections based on a persona you've taken on. This is not to say to not work on your weaknesses like perhaps speaking to others or speaking in public but to stay true to yourself too. There's sort of a grey line between improving yourself and changing yourself completely just so others will like you more.

Next impressions .... For you, love is a challenging area. To be frank your chances of getting into a long-term serious relationship are on the lower side, at least for these next few years. Don't take this as something negative. It's just that these years you either meet people who you're not interested in romantically/don't see a future with or you're too preoccupied with other matters that you don't really have time for love. There may be a few chances for romance during these next years but they are on the low side. Low doesn't mean that it's a definite no. There are just more chances of you choosing to be single and working on yourself and being preoccupied with other matters, at least for the next few years.

For context: This guy and I go way back, and I had a crush on him since we were about 11-12 yrs old. We used to be friends but he said something kinda insensitive to me and made me cry so it strained our relationship big time. I'm sensing that he is interested in getting to know you more at this moment. However your interest in him is much higher than his interest in you. This doesn't mean that there is no potential for a relationship to develop between you two. It just means that right as of this moment, you are more into him than he is into you.

There's really no "right" time for a relationship to develop in my opinion. It either happens or doesn't happen. There are periods in people's lives where they have higher chances of getting into a relationship. Some people also just have generally lower chances of being in a relationship.

Generally speaking your relationships tend to have some tension like tug o war. There's some power struggle that I'm seeing later on in your relationships. The more serious it gets the more strong this power struggle will likely be. Both of you will want to dominate the other/control the other. You want your partner to be better/to improve. They would prefer to lead you. This doesn't mean that your relationships will not have good moments too! There will be cute, happy moments too. I just pick up on this power struggle the most.

F ... no. I think he just saw you as a friend/colleague. I don't sense he had romantic feelings for you. He thought you were cute but that was all.

I think the chances of JC and you being in a relationship are on the lower end. Part of it is because I think you aren't really the type to directly ask someone out like you at least wait for a while till you get some signs that they definitely like you and then you'd maybe make a tiny, tiny move. JC is a pretty oblivious person so they wouldn't be able to tell that someone liked them unless that person clearly asked JC out or said hey i like you. I wouldn't say it's not impossible to have a romantic relationship with him, but the chances are on the lower end. I see more chances of you may be waiting too long to try things out with JC or interact with him more that he ends up leaving for some reason? For now he doesn't have a romantic interest in you and is overall a friendly guy.

If you'd like to improve your love life, you can be more direct with your feelings. Often you take a long time to approach someone that you end up losing that chance to develop the friendship or connection into a relationship. You can move pretty slowly and you don't really initiate things/drop clear hints. A lot of times your slowness to push things forward for love end up resulting in the person getting into another relationship, possibly moving away to a different city, or just becoming your friend etc.

If you want to improve your love life/relationships, you can start by getting rid of some of your bad habits or improve on them. You also can be kind of flaky in relationships like you give off nonchalant vibes and you get bored easily so it's difficult for you to continuously be interested in someone. If you're looking for something serious then you will also need to put in that effort to maintain the relationship, even when it starts to get boring or feels like a routine. Often your partner will feel like they're the one who's more committed/interested in the relationship and will eventually feel tired and want out.

To me you need space/freedom in a relationship so you can get pretty bogged down when your partner wants a ton of attention or is needy/clingy. Unfortunately you for some reason tend to attract those that need a lot of attention/contact. There will most often be that struggle in your relationships of making sure that your partner has enough attention and you have your own space/freedom. You may actually feel better in long-distance relationships or in relationships where you both are busy with your own lives and don't really see love as the #1 most important part of your life like you'll have dates occasionally but you don't need to constantly text each other or be together.

There's potential for you to have more than 1 relationship in this life, so I'm just going to pick one person that has the strongest chance of being in relationship with you.

They'll dislike your messiness. They are quite the organized person, a bit of a neat freak so their standards for organization/cleanliness are very high. They'll dislike how you procrastinate and often promise to do things but end up not following through with the promises (mostly for career/education related stuff). They will also dislike some of your friends. They also won't like some of your family members. They will find it hard to communicate with you when you are mad like you just shut down.

They will like your hair, your style, and your attitude. They like that you stand up for yourself and have this "fighter" in you. They like your voice and eyes. They also like your humor.

In terms of your relationship struggles, they'd probably be related to control/jealousy/suspicion. You can get jealous pretty easily and you have a tendency of wanting to control/dominate the other person. You can mean well like wanting them to be better but that can sometimes become too much for the other person and they can feel pressured or suffocated. Yes, you will meet someone in the future. I'm not sure what "near" for you means but you will meet someone who you potentially can have a relationship with in the future.

There's more than 1 person that you could potentially have a relationship with in the future, so I'm just going to pick 1 of them. They'll think you are cute, serious, tame yet sometimes fiery as first impressions/first thoughts they get when they think about you. You will think that they are silly, sorta arrogant/cocky, funny, and chill/cool as first impressions.

With the person I described above, there is potential for a relationship to develop. There is attraction between you and them but whether it will really blossom into a long-term relationship can be hard to say. You possibly can be stuck in a situation where there's ambiguity as both of you are not the most direct person like you both wait for the other to make the move before doing much. Money management will always be a struggle for you. It's easy for you to fall into a rabbit hole where you spend to relieve your stress or spend without thinking much like somehow at the end of the day you will feel like huh where's the money gone? Then you look back and little things add up. The more you feel caged by money the more you'll be tempted to spend more and more. There are many ways you can curb your spending; you just have to be disciplined enough to do that. For example was that drink necessary or did you really need to get that specific clothing/item? Making a record of your spending will help you figure out where you need to cut down.

One of your lifelong problems will be controlling your spending. You have a tendency to overspend and forget about your budget.

It'll be quite difficult unless both of you are willing to let go of the past. I see that your ex friend feels wronged and misunderstood, as well as confused, while you feel very disappointed and angry at them--almost too shocked for words. You're frustrated yet you still feel sad that this friendship has ended. I do see you struggling to digest all these feelings. It will take time for both of you to heal and move on. Perhaps after some time has passed and you two have cooled down will you be able to both talk it out. For now it will very, very difficult to reconcile.
