a lot of tactics is really well thought out so when i pick too hard and find something half baked or underthought it makes me cry really hard. and I know this is probably just because i'm reading too hard into a game made in 1997 next to a different higher budget game that had even more plot holes but i like it. i like it even if it is excruciating and painful sometimes

one of many bafflements is the beoulve family crest because genuinely why the fuck is it a basilisk this is actually eating away at me like every other family crest has something of note like the lions are the lions royalty yes the elmdore crest has a bat on it because elmdore turned out to be a vampire but what the fuck does a basilisk have to do with a GOAT. and a ZOMBIE
