This week&#x27;s me is SUPER!!!

"Hmm, so where have we even landed? I was working, I didn’t notice we’d even stopped…" he asked. "Usually the guys don’t just you sit alone like that, especially on an island…" he said as they reached the top of the deck.

"Luffy was missing for a while, but Usopp brought him back. It’s almost evening now, so we’re somehow managing to keep him at bay with the excitement for the big event- not to mention the barbecue."

Franky strode out onto the deck, setting the telescopes down with a buzz of his gears.

"Hm, you've got to be right at home then, huh girlie?" he said, breaking out a chuckle as he turned to follow her. "You should tell me more about that weather science you're so fond of. OOOH! Can you imagine!? LIGHTNING SUNNY! KA-BAM!" The golden stern of the Sunny itself seemed to flash with potential as he gestured dramatically in it's direction. ".....Eh, maybe that's too natural for my taste!"

"They’re so high-energy, phew! Reminds me that I haven’t had a cola in a long while-" Franky grabbed a five-gallon bottle from under the bar. "Oi, Robin, you want some?" He grinned.

“Do we have any of the wine Sanji bought at the last port?” Robin asks. Cola is too sweet for her tastes, and she would hate to deplete his fuel supply.

"Eh? I knew you'd ask for that. Doesn't hurt to offer though!" Franky chuckled, crouching down to the cabinet below the bar and sticking a hand inside. "Let's see... Mm... No, that one was here last month, hnn..." The small gold hands moved what bottles were under there aside. "These all look the same... Oi, half of these are almost empty! I should just throw them in his locker, huh?" he said humorously, though hoping that the one Robin wanted was O.K. "Ah! Here we go." he said, pulling out the one unopened bottle of wine from the endless rum and sake. "Yeah, I guess it's a good thing Zoro's taste isn't too high-up! Uhahaha-"

Franky picked off one of the glasses- being extra careful, even with the small hands- and found the corkscrew hidden in the gadgets amoung them in his little finger. "And a one, two- OW!" The cork popped out and he handed a good glass of wine (very tiny in his huge hands!) to Robin. "Not bad, huh?" he smiled. "I added all sorts of gizmos last week, when I was really super! I still haven't finished showing Ussobro..."

He stomped across the room and kicked open the door. “Maybe Sanji will let me do the barbecue’in! OW!” he said, blowing out a small lick of fire as he waited for Nami to get to the stairs with a laugh.

She followed Franky outside the room and said, “Perhaps, but I wouldn’t know- that’s his decision to make.” She quickly reached the staircase and proceeded ahead.

"Yeah! The romantic spirit of invention! You know, drive!" he replied, following her up through room. (With a little less pace- the girlie was a lot lighter on her feet than the cyborg!)

By 'the guys', of course, he immediately meant Luffy, knowing Nami would know exactly what he was referring to...

“Franky?” she called from halfway down the stairs, “it’s almost time for lunch…”

He flashed her, if even possible, a bigger grin as he reached her. “Beats me if Luffy’s even managed to wait!”

“I wouldn’t worry; I believe Usopp was restraining our dear captain for that very purpose when I left to fetch you,” she answered.

Franky returned the grin to Ms. Nico as he reached the bar area, looking around. This was one of his favorite rooms, well, one he was the most proud of. Everyone seemed to like it. Overhead, however, Franky could hear a ruckus from the kitchen- a loud one. With humor he stuck his head into the dumbwaiter that went up into the kitchen in the middle of the room.

"OII!!! DON"T YOU GO BREAKING THINGS!!! HOLD HIM DOWN LIL' BRO!!!" he bellowed up through the hollow, muffled by the mast. Franky came out laughing- he could hear a reaction of sorts upstairs- and let out a contented sigh, glancing over at Robin before putting his shades on the top of his head.

"They're so high-energy, phew! Reminds me that I haven't had a cola in a long while-" Franky grabbed a five-gallon bottle from under the bar. "Oi, Robin, you want some?" He grinned.

"Yo, Nami, what are you up to lately, hm? Did you need something from your one and only shipwright?"

”Anything new with this one?”

"As for me- nothing of any interest, actually. The cannon and my personal time aside, we’re having a barbecue tonight. There’s going to be a meteor shower, and everyone else is busy preparing- thought you might like to join us?"

"Huh! Like hell I'm missing that!" he playfully scoffed, rummaging through the large cabinet to the side. "Oh, yeah, well, the Goan Cannon's great and all but we needed something a little more... perverted for the front defense. Something that isn't a one-hit-super-k.o.!" Franky tapped his foot to the rhythm of the last phrase and turned, holding a good few telescopes. "SO, more cannons. You know the drill, girlie."

"Oi, I could have sworn Usso-bro was just here…" said Franky, scratching the side of his face with a large red metal finger. The robot part of him whirred and clanked as he moved to look around the rest of the lower floor of the T.S. "Where’d everybody get off to, hnn?"

"Such a display… do I even want to know?" Her expression was a mixture of disbelief and scolding, but she quickly grew faint curiosity as she inspected the machine before her, "What’s this?"

"Oi! Nami! Finally impressed for once, huh?" said the cyborg, coming out of his pose and gesturing broadly to the new weapon. "This is a new cannon for the bow! Isn't it SUPER?" Franky grinned broadly. "We haven't had too much trouble lately, but I took the time to work on it. I've been so productive this week, I'm going to blow my own mind with my next invention."

"Yo, Nami, what are you up to lately, hm? Did you need something from your one and only shipwright?"

It’s easy enough for Robin to find the cyborg- even if the Weapon Development Room wasn’t the most obvious place for him to be, the whirring and clanging was something of a giveaway.

“Franky?” she called from halfway down the stairs, “it’s almost time for lunch…”

Just as Franky ducked under the door, a voice lighted on his ears and he nearly broke the door frame with a pose.

"Robin Nico! OW!" he grinned from ear to ear. "I've been working super hard all week, I almost forgot we had a pretty lady on board." Franky chuckled a bit before going up the stairs. "Chef Sanji just came to get me. Don't tell me you're all up there waiting for little me, hm? Ussobro didn't even warn me!"

He flashed her, if even possible, a bigger grin as he reached her. "Beats me if Luffy's even managed to wait!"

Sure you might have a devil fruit- but do you have the SUPER skill to make something useful aside from a scrapyard without it? UHAHAHA

[Sanji took a moment to take in the state of the cyborg’s hands. They were filthy, covered in grease. He made a mental note to kick Franky’s ass if he walked into Sanji’s galley that filthy. ‘Then again,’ he thought ‘the shitty Marimo walks in every day …’] And make sure you wash your hands before you come up.
