Have you ever been unable to write because you can't stop giggling over the scenario you came up with in your head? Because that's been me for the past few days while writing my Sheriarty / Jameslock fic šš
(The fic is currently in revise because I wrote it in mix of two different languages, lol)
I was so confident that I could write a Chapter 2 or a sequel to my published Jameslock one-shot (In The Darkness on AO3). Then my smile vanished when I realized I had absolutely no idea how to write a smut scene....
BUT I WILL DO MY BEST. It might take some time but I promise I WILL write it and I WILL finish it.
(The last time I wrote smut was when I was in high school, and it was in my native language. I never re-read it after I published it around 7 Years ago. Last year, one of my friends read it and her response was... "WTF? What are you on?" ššš I wish I could dissapear at that moment)
After my prev post, I tried to pointed out all the opportunity for they spend the night together in one room. I'm not surprised it's almost in every episode of Young Sherlock Season 1. I write it just for my amusement, I don't force you to agree to what I write.
Here's The List:
Episode 1:
James's room.
They had only just met, yet Sherlock already knew where James's room was and casually changed his jacket there. That means they must have spent at least some time in James's room the night before. They also would have spent the following night in Sherlock's room if Shou'an hadn't shown up.
Episode 2:
The backstage room at the theatre.
No explanation needed. This one is probably the most obvious.
Episode 3:
Mycroft's house.
As I mentioned before, after they show Mycroft the Shou'an glove, the next scene jumps to the following day. That means they spent the night at Mycroft's house.
Episodes 4ā5:
Appleton Manor
I swear to God, I see two beds in Sherlock's room...
By the way, something that has always bothered me is: what happened to all of James's belongings after he left the university?
Now I think James probably brought his bag from Oxford to London in Episode 3 and left it at Mycroft's house. Then, in Episode 4, after Sherlock rescued Cordelia from the asylum and visited Mycroft again, that would have been the perfect opportunity for James to have his belongings sent to Appleton Manor.
Episode 7:
Paris Hospital
I'm not entirely convinced Mycroft didn't book a hotel room for Cordelia to rest in. I can't imagine him leaving her sitting in a hospital waiting for Sherlock. I also suspect he booked another room that was originally meant for James, while Mycroft stayed at the hospital with Sherlock. But I can absolutely see James insisting that he be the one to stay with Sherlock, forcing Mycroft to get some rest instead.
Emine Place
When they arrived in Constantinople, I have no idea whether Emine gave them separate rooms or not. But considering the number of "guests" staying there, who knows...
Episode 8
During the journey to Afshin
I highly doubt they were sleeping very far apart when they stopped for the night. š
So, the conclusion is... The only time they definitely weren't sharing a room was at Silas's residence in Constantinople.
And you know what happened :)
So please, never separate them again, because one of them will inevitably do something stupid. (Yes, James, sleeping with your bf's sister was a stupid move.)
(And this doesn't even include the trip to Paris and Constantinople in Episode 6 & 7, where I've already seen plenty of people headcanon them sharing a cabin on the ship or a compartment on the train.)
Rewatching Young Sherlock again, I realized that after Sherlock and James show Mycroft the "Princess Shou'an" glove, the next scene jumps to the following day when they meet Ezra Hornsby.
That means... they stayed the night at Mycroft's place, didn't they?
So the question is: does Mycroft have two spare bedrooms, or... were Sherlock and James sharing one? š
Everyone seems to agree that in a Vampire AU, James is the vampire, while Sherlock is a detective who becomes curious about the case and ends up meeting him.
But what if Sherlock were the vampire instead, and James were a young man searching for the truth behind this āvampireā urban legend (and the rumors about vampires having powers and money)?
Of course they would end up together, but Sherlock refuses to turn him, because living as a vampire is miserable (and death is a blessing)
(I like to think this is the same kind of vampire like in Twilight... they donāt die from sunlight and have very long lifespans)
AU where Sherlock is in Oxford to solve the case of the person who's been biting the female students' and James is a vampire with very specific tastes
After finding the culprit, Sherlock offers his blood to help James, who accepts (not because they had some weird awakening after the first time obviously!!)
