i didnt even know making a new blog was possible. i am glad it is though, so i can make one specifically for personal art/multifandom + OC works and keep my fantasy life stuff separate. i will also ramble here i think..

This is a little old but I think it's still worth sharing (by old I mean like probably a few weeks ago) I think this was made while I was still playing fantasy life i, but encouraged me to pick up fantasy life again to compare the two
also the sketch on the left was just me trying to remember how he looked/get a general shape of him before I actually drew him

fantasy life posting is slow af I was contemplating if I start posting other things here as well ... i think I do want to keep it primarily about fantasy life just because I never had an outlet for those games up until now, but there is also content I would like to share that isn't related to fl as well
in the times I don't draw or post art I feel like I should be talking about stuff...
I've been meaning to talk about my experience between FL and FLi, just because many of my friends have FLi as their first fantasy life game (also I've seen some certain takes on the fantasy life game)
I feel like fantasy life itself is a franchise that benefits off of independent titles. Even if the characters from FL and FLO are present in the newest game, the content itself doesn't fully require the knowledge of playing through fantasy life.
However, I still find more appeal in fantasy life than fantasy life i. The storyline and fledgling story quests were better in my opinion, and I felt myself enjoying them a lot more. However, the quality of life in fantasy life i is something that I have really enjoyed and found myself missing when I was playing fantasy life
Personally I find fantasy life to be a lot better than fantasy life i, but I think it mainly stems from the story and the nostalgia I have for it.
also, I think it's the characters that I have a lot more connection to as well. While there are a fair bit of characters in fantasy life i, many of the strangelings that are encountered—especially in ginormosia—dont really have their characters as fleshed out as in FLO or FL
this is mainly about odin though (I want to see more content with him) and I wonder if it was different in flo because I never got to play it
Overall however I think it's a great game, I love fantasy life i, and I really think that it's a wonderful intro game to fantasy life for new players.
Still, if there's a way to emulate it then I really recommend experiencing fantasy life on the 3DS
some doodles of my fl character... I really wanted to do something else that wasn't just the fl slot I have but perhaps another time... anyways clover is very cute anyways so I don't particularly mind
he is finished!!! damien is one of my favorite characters in fantasy life
this is one of my bigger pieces, will probably go back to small doodles or sketches until the next big piece 😋😋 younger me would've loved to see this earlier, when I first played fantasy life
