Yalda Night 21st Dec 2021 Persian festival of winter solstice

On this night it is the longest night of the year. I cooked fesenjoon, a Persian stew made of walnuts pomegranate molasses and chicken and made Persian salad and rice. You also have waltermelon and pomegranates on this night.
