I'm jealous.

I've been back and forth to doctors and hospitals since I was 14. I wish the kids I grew up with would realize how lucky they are. They got to finish school. I got to leave because I was too embarrassed to tell any teachers why I missed so many days. I got the dirty looks from every corner in school because I was rarely there. While others were stressed about exams and what dress to wear for the dance I was losing feeling of my hand. At 18, while everyone was getting ready to graduate, I couldn't walk because of severe Vertigo. Now at 21 some days I feel 70. I'll always be jealous of the life I could have had, but I won't ever take your pity. Please realize what you have.
