Rotor Walrus's classic game appearance

My inicial idea for implementing Rotor in the games is having him aid Sonic going through the water sections much faster, and having the levels be extra challenging in the speedy water sections. Similar to how Tails lifts Sonic to fly.

I also thought of and idle pixel animation in the water where Rotor blows air bubbles for Sonic to breathe, since Walruses can store oxygen. He would blow bubbles for him! (*^_^*)

D'aww I do love how you do the colors for their Mer-Tails; the way their palettes are extensions of the characters' traditional outfits is a cute conceit, and the natural way you render their flow across the length of the tail is VERY nicely rendered. I also delight in the differing attitudes each girl has here; Sal is very relaxed, very content, while Bunnie plays it a bit more Luxuriously. It feels like a very In-Character way to handle the concept and I like that a lot.
