rascal has gone from the captain of a top tier apex team in kongdoo, to being demoted to the bench of ldsf, traded to the fuel where he was severely mistreated and unutilized, subsequently getting ousted in a way that fucked him over and put his career in limbo, got back into the pro scene again through contenders with nrg, to finally returning to owl and helping make sfs a frankly terrifying team.

it was purely criminal seeing someone with his level of passion and understanding of the game go to waste so it is so vindicating now that he’s revered as his team’s x factor for being literally the one player in the entire league who has the skill and special understanding of the character to play baptiste. this is peak rascal and it just feels so good that this is the thing that gives sfs an edge, that this is the thing that rascal is put in the spotlight for after all this time he’s been wasted including in brig jail, that finally this special boy is utilized to his full potential.
