Last night, during @ncisnola filming on Magazine St., the parking enforcement crew tagged ONLY vehicles with NCIS placards. Today, with the meter box still covered NO PARKING, we did not see any tickets issued. Can someone at City Hall ‘splain me how permitted filmmaking WITH OPSD deputies running set traffic, always gets ticketed? So, you’re telling me when I am shooting, even though I pay all my crew talent, businesses, etc. etc. etc., the city has to screw me as a producer? Don’t worry, mayor. I expect no answers.
