the hero general karpov has withstood many threats & fought valiantly for country & party over the years, but the story of how he saved two young boys from the american coward’s known as the invaders is perhaps the most touching story of them all.
the invaders [ ARCHIVIST’S NOTE: a super-team created by the allies during ww ii ] torched a small village once known as kronas, killing civilians & military personnel alike. the only two survivors of this wretched, heinous attack were the eight year old alexei & twelve year old aleksandr. [ ARCHIVIST’S NOTE: there is strong evidence to suggest vasiliy karpov was responsible in part for the destruction of the village as both the invaders & general karpov were tasked with the eradication of a red skull stronghold close to kronas. ]
the brave & brilliant general used his own two hands to wipe the ashes from these two young boy’s faces & give them a new chance at life. everything they knew: their parents, their childhood toys, their friends, their homes were taken from them by the capitalists, but the general took it upon himself, with all his considerable compassion, to give them a new family: himself.
those two boys grew up to be colonels shostakov & lukin. they, like their father, are exemplary party members & serve the union to the best of their abilities. colonel lukin is married to aleksandrina lukin, the pilot known as alesya volkova during the war, [ ARCHIVIST’S NOTE: volkova was a member of the night witches ] together they have two children & aleksandr continues to perform admirably under the supervision of his father for our foreign service. alexei is russia’s premiere test pilot & to be wed to the prima ballerina of the bolshoi & former olympic hopeful natalya romanova in a few short months [ ARCHIVIST’S NOTE: known today as black widow. ]
thanks to the general, russia has gained two of the world’s best military minds. we look forward to seeing how the children of general karpov grow in the years to come.
