“Ah, you didn’t bother me at all! I didn’t mean to be holding you up though… what kind of art supplies are you looking for? I wouldn’t mind helping you if you want, or, ah, I could leave you alone heh. Sorry, I don’t mean to make you nervous.” he found himself rambling quite a bit and had to shut himself up. He really couldn’t control his mouth when he got nervous like this. He and Mira made an amazing small nervous child duo.
"Oh n-no no, it's alright... I'm looking for, ah, well a lot of them actually" Truth be told she actually used up all the art supplies by herself, but she was too embarrassed to admit it.
"I've been trying to c-create this sorta makeshift tarot deck I c-can use. I d-don't have my old deck and like giving readings s-so..I d-decided to make my own!” Her eyes light up a bit. “They all have very specific objects and c-colors that are suppose to be in them, symbolism stuff." Mira said, having a faint smile. She felt rather relaxed and comfortable talking about her talent. This is probably the first smile Seiichi has seen Mira smile without any tears involved.
The next time Mira returns to the recreational room, she will find a gun waiting for her on the table. Under it is a piece of paper with a note. The note reads: “Take care of Akiyo’s gun!” The gun is unloaded.
Mira nearly toppled over with all the art supplies when she saw a gun on the table. Gasping, she quickly set down the box and rushed over to the table, looking at the gun and the note frantically. How did these get here? She hadn’t even been gone that long, but someone must have come in here and placed this gun here. Gulping nervously, Mira didn’t dare touch it yet. Instead she reached over and shakily grabbed the note from underneath it.
So this was apparently Akiyo’s gun? Mira frowned, glancing over at the object in question. she wasn’t sure, she hardly knew them very well to begin with. But maybe the note was telling the truth?
The small girl looked down at the gun and frowned. There was still the question of what to do with the gun. She wasn’t sure if it had bullet or not but... Hiding it seemed like a bad idea. The last time there was a weapon hidden away someone had found it and used it to kill another student. She didn’t want that happening again… Maybe it would be better for her to keep it on her for now, to make sure it doesn’t fall into the wrong hands of course… Mira nodded quietly to herself, it would be much safer in her hands of course.
After crumpling up the note and shoving it into a pocket on her skirt that wasn’t noticeable before, Mira returned her attention to the gun. Mira reached over and hesitantly picked up the gun, gingerly placing it in her other pocket. The bulge in her pocket was obvious if you were looking right at the sides of her skirt, but that was fine. Mira let out a shaky sigh as she went back to putting the art supplies away. This was fine, she reassured herself, this was the right thing to do.
Probably.

“Ah! You are Mira-chan, yes? I’m sorry to have, um, startled you. I just came to pick up a few books before returning to the hospital… What are you looking for, if you don’t mind me asking?” was his attempt at pleasant conversation. He was a bit off put, and probably obviously nervous.
He could tell he was probably making her uncomfortable but he didn’t want to just run from her either… If she became to frightful he would probably just leave her alone, though. He didn’t want to terrify the poor girl, who, from what he has seen, was already incredibly jumpy.
"Oh its um, its okay I just w-wasn't expecting to r-run into someone...S-Sorry if I b-bothered you or anything." Biting her lip slightly as she spoke, the small tarot looked away from Seiichi's eyes. Preferring to glance around the room anxiously, who knows if there could be someone else lurking around here.
"The rec r-room, it ran out of a-art supplies so.." She paused, clasping her shaking hands together. The girl was fidgeting quite a lot. "I-I went to go and get some more." She said sheepishly.

Seiichi was naturally uneased by the announcement of a countdown to something. Besides the vague nature of the threat, in general he knew now to take anything seriously. He had stared at the timer tersely for a few moments after it’s announcement but quickly shut it off. Whatever happens will happen was the most he could reason with himself, and he did have some hope they might be able to escape still. Just enough.
Regardless of an unease he felt, Seiichi had decided to at least make his way back to the warehouse to pick up a few books from the decrepit place. The whole underground facility might be rundown and creepy but… there’s just something about a dark underground warehouse. He was a bit surprised to have run into anyone else in the warehouse quite honestly, but not deterred.
“Ah, hello! I’m actually a bit surprised to see anyone else in here, although maybe I shouldn’t be, hehe.” said as cheerfully as he could manage. He at least felt that maybe, he was becoming a bit better at managing his mood down here. He though for a moment maybe adjusting to this outlandish situation was a bit bad, but he pushed it away. You have to make due with that you have after all.
After the most recent announcement, informing them of a countdown of all things, found herself filled with paranoia yet again. The mystery behind the threat left her mind running through all sorts of thoughts. What could it be? A monster? A scary monster wanting to kill her or everyone else? Mira had been quite panicky all week, jumping at the slightest bump, continuing to glance at timer ticking down... It was another frightful week to say the least.
Unfortunately for her, she couldn’t just hide herself away again. The rec room had run out of art supplies recently, which some what worried the young girl. Mira knew there was some more supplies in the warehouse but... Eugh. The entire warehouse just had this vibe to it that screamed "creepy get out now'. She didn’t like it one bit. Mira usually stayed clear from the area, preferring to seclude herself in the rec room, but she really didn't want to read through any more books. They were all pretty boring to her.
So the young brunette found herself in the warehouse, hoping to find what she needed and leave quickly. Though she didn’t only to bump into another student. Blinking a couple times in shock before finally speaking up.
"Oh um...H-Hello..I uh... Himura-san, right?"
Despite Seiichi's cheerful attitude, it was obvious Mira was feeling rather uncomfortable. She really wanted to leave but didn’t want to be rude.
Body Discovered
It’s four hours past noon, and the density of this fog has only thickened and become heavier. The visibility outside of the buildings is scarce. Anything could be behind you. Anything could be in front of you. Any shadow you see could be the harbinger of your end. Any sound could be the presence of an entity unknown. Suddenly, the noise of the speakers surge to life, and that voice speaks through.
“Good news! There’s good news for everyone. A body has been found in the morgue. Everyone, go join Ikiryo and Seiichi in the morgue! Make it quick, and investigate well before the trial!”
The speakers fall silent. There it is, the announcement for the second murder. You should hurry to the morgue as the voice instructed.

GAME OVER FUMIKA MIZUNO HAS BEEN FOUND GUILTY COMMENCING EXECUTION
Cirque du Lune
Fumika’s head was fuzzy, and her vision was blurry. She couldn’t tell where she was, and as she looked around, a bright light filled her vision. Putting a hand to her head, she squinted, trying to find a way to see clearly. There was a deafening roar… one she recognized very well. It was the sound of a crowd, whooping and roaring loudly. Slowly her vision returned to her, and she could tell where she was: a colossal big top. She stood in a cage, and ran up to the bars, putting her hands on them. What was going on?
C-Could they see her? No. She felt it on her head, the mask she’d always worn during her performances. No one could see her face, thank god. Her makeshift rabbit mask, while somewhat odd looking, had brought her troupe attention, even though she didn’t want much of it. It had also served to hide her identity to the world. As far as they were concerned, she was just “Diana.”
“Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, children of all ages, welcome to Monobear’s Freak Show!” Fumika frowned. Freak show? Was he talking about her? She could feel the crowd’s eyes poring into her, looking and wondering just what was wrong with this girl. What sort of hideous face was hidden underneath that mask? Fumika began to sweat. She wasn’t concerned with dying. She welcomed it. Since she’d killed… her troupe would be safe. At least she hoped so.
“Underneath her mask is the most monstrous face possible, but I’ll leave that to your imaginations. We all call this little rabbit Diana.” It was clear now where the voice was coming from. There was a Monobear dressed in a ringmaster’s outfit standing next to her cage. As the crowd watched her, she began to feel her skin crawl. This was different from her normal performances… she could feel every single set of eyes individually mocking her, like the freak she was. She winced. “It’s not that smart, either. It’s not even really that good for anything besides the show! Let’s all take a moment to laugh at this pitiful creature, who strayed too far from its old home!” A loud bang went off behind her, and she flinched. The crowd laughed at her, and she found herself sweating more. She couldn’t stand being held on display to be laughed at, like some sort of exhibit. She had to get control of this situation and the crowd…
“Why don’t you all come down here! Diana, you know, is also the Roman deity of the hunt! And we’re always one for audience participation, so let’s play a little game with our star exhibit.” Fumika snapped around as the cage she was in was opened, and found a pair of monobears walking towards her. Grabbing her from the arms, they began dragging her out as she kicked and screamed. They carried her to the center of the stadium, where a massive target had been set up, with a set of shackles on it.
She was placed on the wheel, her arms and legs spread out. A line had already been set up, and Fumika would see what was going on. The Mono-ringmaster handed a bow to the first person in line, followed by an arrow. “Your goal,” the bear said, “is to hit that thing with the arrow.”
The first arrow whizzed towards her, and pinned itself right next to her ear, vibrating.
The second arrow lodged itself in her arm. The third, her ankle. One after one the barrage of arrows continued to strike her, turning her into a veritable pin cushion. Fumika didn’t protest, and did her best to avoid reacting. So this was how she’d die? Some sort of monster on display for a game? She frowned. She was prepared to die… but this method wasn’t what she wanted. It didn’t matter though.
No one kept track of when Diana’s head slumped over, or when exactly she’d stopped moving at all. By the time the last arrow was shot, the board had been filled with arrows, as people began to file out of the tent, leaving the pierced body where it was.
Fumika Mizuno, the Super High School Level Ringmistress, is dead.
Worried Thoughts (OPEN)
Slowly stirring back into consciousnesses, the feeling of the freezing and a pounding headache attacking her senses. Hands drifting to her temple as the small girl remained still, trying to regain her bearings. Her limbs were stiff and she felt sore all over.
What on Earth was going on? Mira slowly sat up, hand still cradling her head, as she looked around the room to gather her surroundings. There were other people around her slowly waking up as well. The brunette recognized a few people from school as her gaze darted around the room. What were they all doing here this wasn't where she was suppose to be this was-
Mira's eyes widened as her memories came flooding back to her. Oh god she was kidnapped, this couldn't be happening. Before Mira could even say something in protest static cut through the room. Mira tensed up and slowly glanced over at the speaking. A murder game? She could be murdered? Mira started to shake as she nervously looked around the room. None of the readings she gave herself in the past even suggested such a horrible event would happen to her.
As soon as the room went silent again Mira shakily got up to her feet, wobbling a bit as she did so. The small girl was still a shaking mess as she walked. She needed to clear her head and calm down. Take a breather.
As she started walking, Mira was so wrapped up her in her thoughts she didn't see the student in front of her. Mira roughly bumped into them and stumbled back in shock. She looked up at the student with wide eyes before blurting out apologies.
"Oh m-my gosh I'm s-s-sorry...I-I didn't see where I was g-going. A-Are you alright?"

Cedric ran a hand through the longer side of his hair and gave a lopsided grin to the small girl. It was kind of sad for anyone to be in a killing game like this, but especially for a girl this small and delicate looking. He can’t remember ever seeing her before at hopes peak, but honestly, he is pretty forgetful. It wouldn’t be a surprise if he actually has met her before. Eh. Even if he has met her before, there is no harm in starting fresh, right? Cedric leaned down just a little so he could be closer to eye level with her as he tilted his head slightly, placing a gentle hand on her shoulder.
“ This is a pretty wild situation, but you don’t have to be scared of me, I can promise you that,” he said, giving a dismissive wave of the hand to her panicked tone, attempting to flash a comforting grin. He wish he knew a better way to comfort someone..
“..I’m not too sure where we are or what’s going to happen, but if you ever need a helping hand, I’m usually not busy.” he said with a shrug of his shoulder before straightening back up to his normal height.
“I feel like it’s best not to be alone in this situation.. do you mind if I stick by you for awhile? Maybe we could go take a look around this place?” Cedric was hoping that maybe his calmness would spread to the younger girl.
“I’m Cedric Wagner, by the way.. It’s nice to meet you…” Cedric trailed off, waiting for the girl to offer her name.
Mira just sat there with wide eyes listening to the boy, nodding along silently. From what Mira could tell his words seemed genuine. It was comforting to here some words of..Reassurance? Mira wasn't sure, but she was feeling slightly better and wasn't a sobbing mess of tears now.
"I'm Mira Nakano. It's...N-Nice to meet you Cedric."
The brunette offered a soft yet somewhat nervous looking smile. Mira was still pretty wary of everything and everyone at the moment, but she did her best to smile despite it.
"S-Sorrry I'm a mess...I just, um, this is just s-so much to take in all at once."
She replied softly. A worried face appeared on her face for a brief moment but she shook it off quickly as she brought her hands up to wipe away at the last remaining tears from her face.
After a moment of silence Mira finally got up on her feet and brushed her dress off a bit. Though she was still shaking just ever so slightly, she still looked pretty frazzled in general, it was no where as bad as before.
Though she avoided eye contact, Mira gave a small nod at Cedric. she clasped her hands together at the front of her dress
"Um, but...I d-don't really want to be alone at the moment so...I don't mind if you tag along."
Grounded [ Open ]
Cedric listened thoughtfully to the speech that flowed out from the speakers as he slowly brushed his gaze over all the other students standing around him. He recognized a few of the other students, and a couple of them he’s even hung out with! This was an odd situation. Kidnapped and being told to kill his peers by some… unseen being.
If the owner of that voice was intending to scare him, that wouldn’t be the case here! It was a good try, but honestly, Cedric didn’t feel too worried. This was probably just an elaborate prank of some kind.. and even if it’s real, well.. it’s not too bad. It actually does sound kind of fun.. he can finally fulfill his childhood dream of being a crime scene investigator. That’s neat, right? Yeah, this isn’t any huge problem.
Cedric shrugged and extended his arms into the air and leaned back just a little to stretch. His body still felt very stiff and a dull ache was pervading through his body. Whatever happened to him while he was knocked out, he’d prefer for that to not happen again any time soon. That was the part of the situation that worried him the most right now- of course he remembers being grabbed from behind, and something was forced over his face. That had startled him in the moment, he remembers that, but then everything went black and then, he was… here? How did he get here? Did somebody drop him down a flight of stairs during their criminal antics? How nice.
Cedric cracked his knuckles and then went to stretching and twisting his spine until he cracked it as well. Then, he cracked his neck a couple of times and sighed. At least he feels a little more loose now.
The sound of crying brought Cedric out of his thoughts. Hmm.. some people here seem to be really upset. I mean, sure, it’s upsetting being here- if he’s stuck here, he’s grounded! Literally! How is he supposed to go flying if he’s trapped here? That was the only thing he was actually bitter about.
With a small sigh, Cedric decided it would be best to go try to console the students crying. With that, he walked over to the nearest visually upset student and gave them a small wave.
“…Hey there,” he begins with a sympathetic, but extremely serene expression.
The whole idea of a murder game didn't settle well with Mira and she was reduced to a mess of tears because of it. The panic had settled in fast and the girl was shaking hard and her breaths came up quick and sharp. Her limbs were still stiff and her head was still pounding. She brought her hands up to her face and sobbed into them. This shouldn’t be happening.
It took her a moment to even notice someone was even trying to talk to her, her eyes widening as she saw the other student. She had been so wrapped up in her thoughts that she had barely heard the them as they talked. Mira blinked a couple times, just staring. She couldn’t recognize him really, perhaps they were in a higher grade? He seems nice enough... Mira sniffled a bit as she rubbed her hand frantically over her eyes.
"Oh I’m s-sorry...H-Helllo."
She stuttered out, her voice still sounding panicked.
