Beginning July 19, 2016, Kris and Luhan are officially free and independent from SM in China, and as specified by Kris Wu Studio, everywhere but Korea and Japan.Â

On July 19th, 2016 at 12AM, Mr. Lu Hanâs lawsuit against SM Entertainment (hereon âSM) regarding contract termination is officially mutually settled.
On October 10th, 2014, Mr. Lu Han officially submitted a lawsuit in Seoul Central Court against SM to request a âlawsuit nullification.â After over 8 mediations, Mr. Lu Han and Luhan Studio has been cooperative, finally after lots of hard work in the court with both legal teams, Mr. Lu Han and SM has come to a settlement.
Hereon, Mr. Lu Han will follow his current way to freely develop his artist career in China.
In the past nearly two years, Mr. Lu Han and Luhan Studio is very thankful toward the Korean law firm and Chinese legal teamâs efforts, thankful to all collaborating friends, and customerâs support and understanding. Thank you to all Lu Fans for their trust and accompaniment.
In a very long period of time in the future, we believe there will still be a lot of subsequent related work that needs to be handled and resolved, but we will keep our grateful heart and amicable attitude and have a reason to believe the future will be better. We thank all the friends who show care once again, we will walk together, thank you all!

Since Mr. Kris Wuâs return to China, the legal issues in relations to his original management company SM Entertainment has received attention from everyone, our statement as follows:
Starting from today, Mr. Kris Wu and SM Entertianmentâs contract dispute has officially come to an end. From here on, Mr. Kris Wu has freedom to all rights to develop his artist activities and independently hire a third partyâs management services everywhere in the world (other than Japan and Korea).
On behalf of Mr. Kris Wu, our studio thanks all media and friends for their support and attention during this time and special thank to fans for their many years of sticking around and love. In the future, Mr. Kris Wu will use many better works to repay everyone for their anticipation.
It has come to my attention that a certain Tao stan has been selectively translating the things that have happened and is taking advantage of the fact that most people on this site cannot read or speak Mandarin to translate and tell the story in a way that glosses over how fake most of the rumors are. I see you, Tao stan. I see you.
Letâs address their points, shall we?
Fair enough, this is what happened that time. Although they forgot to mention how the pics were taken by a potato and looked sketchy but okay. Also, the girl who commented with those pics deleted her Weibo right after. Not suspicious at all.
This is where their narration gets blurry BECAUSE THIS WAS NOT HOW IT HAPPENED.
The girl who posted this claimed that she, personally, had sex with Kris in Shenzhen during the Mr. Six roadshow.Â
Hereâs the translation:
âexposing, i just saw what you exposed, didnât think kris would be this kind of person, i am also one of them. last year, he came to shenzhen to promote mr six, i met him through my friend. then, we played (hung out) together and drank a lot of alcohol, then we did that (sex), the next day he had me go to his hotel to accompany him, at the time it was at shenzhenâs four seasons hotel, my friend even took photosâ
But hereâs the catch, he never stayed the night in Shenzhen which was verified by the staff of the movie. He went out for hotpot with the cast and staff until 2 am and went home to his hometown of Guangzhou.
Translation of the staffâs post:
girl you want to become famous so badly you went crazy? that night we were in shenzhen he stayed in guangzhou to meet with his basketball friends, he only came to shenzhen the next day to join us. the night we promoted we were eating a hotpot place until 2AM before we left, then he returned to guangzhou to stay there, were you meeting up with a ghost? if itâs during mr six road tour i can confidently guarantee this.

Krisâ team then released a legal declaration warning people that they would be suing the ones posting and spreading false information AND THAT WAS ONLY THE TIME THAT THIS GIRL CLAIMED SHE WAS NOT CONNECTED TO ANY OF THIS AND SHE WAS POSTING FOR A FRIEND WHO DIDNâT HAVE WEIBO (WHO LIVES IN CHINA AND DOESNâT HAVE WEIBO?). She washed her hands off and distanced herself. So it seems two ghosts met that night in Shenzhen.
From the way they selectively translated and phrased it, they made it seem like she was honest from the beginning and that she didnât take back what she said right after Krisâ team threatened to sue liars.
Those videos and audio clips are not incriminating in any way and they know it. Heâs a guy who hangs out with people and complains about the Beijing smog and says heâs a video game expert. Kill him.
The WeChat screenshots from the other girls were so obviously edited with the 0s and 5s not matching up so Iâm not sure why they chose to translate the âtattoosâ conversation when the source is not credible in any way.
Now that weâve talked about and debunked the claims of these other girls, letâs address Gina. The original girl who posted and claimed that she was Krisâ girlfriend and that he ignored her all of a sudden and she was heartbroken.
Gina claimed she and Kris dated when he went to Vancouver in mid-January.
See, Gina had a very serious boyfriend who, just a few days before she claimed to have slept with Kris, was still her boyfriend.
So either she ditched this guy fast when she realized she could get Kris or she cheated on this guy and subsequently juggled them both, who knows.
Why is this significant in any way? See, the girl claims she was in love with Kris and he totally broke her heart. But if she had a boyfriend during the time she was dating him, what right does she have to call him out for breaking her heart?
Hereâs another significant thing, this stan narrated this in a way that makes it seem Gina was avoiding publicity and she initially didnât want to be interviewed:
But Gina has given at least two interviews since then and is basking in the publicity and took advantage of it to release professional pics of herself:
Whatâs funnier is that these publicity pics were taken at the end of May, May 25 to be exact:

âEveryday I stayed at home with my phone waiting for your messagesâ She painted herself as a lovesick romantic who was pining for her one true love when at the time she was planning to enter a celebrity career and doing photoshoots.
Gina claims she posted on June 14th because she was drunk so sheâs denying it was premeditated. How amazing is it then that she was able to delete anything incriminating on her Weibo and Instagram and any trace of her actual boyfriend (poor guy, wonder how heâs feeling now!) before posting her âimpulsiveâ post. Itâs interesting how people are claiming that attacking Gina is misogyny. See, thatâs not how feminism works. Feminism is acknowledging that women are equal to men and that includes holding women accountable for the ugly things they do too. Ugly actions are not exclusive to men and glossing over how suspicious Gina has been acting and basically infantilizing her to make it seem like she doesnât have any agency is NOT feminism. Itâs the opposite of it.
So my version of a tldr of this whole mess: consenting woman claims to have been in a relationship with kris while she had a boyfriend, claims she was heartbroken, but at the same time was conducting photoshoots and then violated krisâ privacy by posting alleged private conversations and is now giving interviews and releasing pictures of herself and i bet will continue to do so to milk this as much as possible. all the other stories of him sleeping with other girls have no credibility to them.
