“Nice to meet you too, davina. Come with me.” she smiled as she started walking. “So have you found a place to stay?”

davina followed the other with a smile. “yeah, i found an apartment that i’m renting.”

“It’s Mystic Falls. There’s not really much that is really considered noteworthy. But we can definitely get you to a restaurant.” she said, putting her journal in her bag and standing from the bench. “I’m Caroline.” she said, extending her hand.

“thanks. that’s really helpful.” the brunette smiled, shaking the other girls hand. “davina. pleasure to meet you, caroline.”

Caroline nodded, closing the notebook. “Okay. Where are you looking to get? Anywhere in particular?”

“well, i was looking for a restaurant, but if there’s anyhting else noteworthy you’d like to show me, i won’t say no.” she replied with a small grin.

“What do you mean other worlds?” 

“well, apparently that’s how we’re all here. a door somehow opened that leads to other worlds, including any afterlives that might exist in each one.”

  “–At some point I didn’t know what was real and what wasn’t.” She shrugged. “Beacon Hills. Born and raised there.” 

“yeah, i get what you mean there.” she sighed slightly. “oh... so you’re from one of the other worlds, then.” she’d heard of a few from a town by that name.

Paige looked at the girl. “Never got the chance to ask. Too busy screaming and concerned about what they cut out and put in.” She sarcastically spoke with a bit of a bitchy tone before she caught herself. “–No.” She shook her head. “Sorry, I don’t mean to sound like that. . I just–I haven’t talked to anyone but the them in the 6 years I was held and brought back.”

“jeez...” she breathed out, shocked by the girls words. “it’s fine, that can’t have been easy... where do you come from? before... all that, i mean.”

Waking up with no memory on how she got there, Paige was sure enough that she had died for a second time by the hands of the doctors. Coming out of the woods after having her fill, she noticed her shirt covered in blood. “–That will cause a scene.” She muttered licking her lips as she took it off revealing a crop top. 

davina looked at the other girl as she stripped off her shirt, about to ask if she was alright before she realized there was no wound anywhere on her. “umm, everything okay?”

Caroline sat on a bench, writing in the journal for Elena. She knew Elena was going to want to know about all of the goings-on around town with all the worlds mashed into one. “Do you need help finding your way around?” she asked without looking up from the journal.

“yeah, a little...” davina replied quietly, still unsure of where to go.

“Well, that’s good to hear. I’m staying with Klaus and Hope in a house on the outskirts of town. Seems the rest of the Mikaelsons haven’t ended up here just yet.” Hayley said softly as she shook her head.

“yeah, it’s kind of nice to actually have my own place. yeah, i did see klaus around the other day. i’m sure they’ll show eventually.” davina replied with a small grin.

“I don’t think I can control her but she’s not terribly ‘wicked’ from what I’ve seen so far. Just misunderstood.” Pointing to the book, he couldn’t help but grin, “I mean the Wizard is her father and her dad she was raised by is an ass.”

“now, see, i didn’t know any of that. now i kind of feel bad for her.”

“Now I’m just going to have to wait and see if she shows up.” He hoped he wasn’t related to her, however he wouldn’t be absolutely devastated, at least then he’d have a source for his magic.

“just make sure she doesn’t set her flying monkeys on us, will you?” she laughed. the idea of the wicked witch of the west showing up was both intriguing and nerve wracking, if she was being honest.
